Third person's POV
It all started when Sabito got a mission, which was really far from there. Exactly where I don't know. But his lover knew that it was somewhere in the north mountains which was far like I just said.
Sabito did not wanted to leave the person he loved the most behind, a lot could happen when you're not watching the ones you love. Final selection was a really good example.
After the hand demon almost killed Sabito, Giyuu his current lover ran at it, from behind and somehow after a pretty hard fight he decapitated it. Afterwards he went to te peach haired boy and took parts of their haoris and bandaged his wounds.
As much as Sabito begged Giyuu to leave him behind and take care of himself Giyuu refused. He wanted to have him by his side and never left him.
Since his sister died Sabito was there for him, of course so did Urokodaki but he felt way closer to Sabito. (I mean yea of course he's gay 💅).
When they were small beans and Giyuu would have nightmares Sabito would comfort him and they would cuddle and fall asleep in each other arms (I'm currently dying of cuteness) and wake up hugging each other.
Whenever their trainer saw that he smiled. He knew how it felt like having someone for you and only. Someone who loves you without asking something in return. A smile isn't something rare is it? Or something that makes you feel like you did something good. Or that warmth feeling in your heart when the one you care smiles?
It a different feeling when a stranger smiles and the person you care and love about smiles is it?
Whenever Giyuu smiled Sabito's heart was filled with joy. He knew that when Giyuu smiled everything was going to be okay and fine.
But as I said in the beginning it started when he left, when Sabito left far away for a long time. He did not die, he was on a mission. Giyuu couldn't go with him cause he had other mission.
Two days later Giyuu came back after his mission and when in the water estate to sleep ( Little fact here: even if Sabito is the water hashira he wanted Giyuu to live with him since they stayed together like their whole lifes). He changed his clothes brushed his teeth, took a shower and went to bed.
When he woke up he was still alone,< that means Sabito's still on that mission I guess> he thought for himself . The raven haired man didn't really felt like doing anything so he just sat on the bed, as he thinked at what should he do today.
In the end he came with a conclusion that he might clean around the house and then maybe buy some books.
He loved to read, especially in the attic. It was a good place to chill and do whatever you wanted as long as the ceiling could maintain it.
There in the attic was a old sofa. It wasn't covered in dust since the previous owner covered it with a plastic case to keep away the dust. And right now it was perfect for staying on it.
Sabito didn't really liked the attic. In his opinion it was a waste of space ( he didn't liked it mostly cause he needed to keep it clean :/ ) bit whenever Giyuu was there he was too hugging him while Giyuu read.
After Giyuu bought the books he went up to read. Hours passed and he didn't realized it. Usually Sabito would tell him to come down to eat and stuff like that, but now he wasn't there.
After some other minutes Giyuu came back to the reality <when did 5 hours passed?!> he quickly got up and went down stairs (okay so am I the only one who when starts reading stuff on wattpad just forgets about like everything?)
Right now it was afternoon and he needed to go on a patrol around the forest. He quickly got his uniform, haori and katana and ran out the door.
During his patrol he kept on thinking about Sabito ''how's he?'' Or ''what is he doing right now?'' Were some questions he wanted to have an answer to.
