Tanjiro Kamado

Mitsuri packed a bunch of food into your bag and handed it to you.

"If you get hungry, there's a bunch of stuff in there. I made some for Tanjiro too if you wanna share." She winked, making you looked down embarrassed.

"Quit saying stuff like that..."

"Anyways, go on! Hurry!" She exclaimed, ushering you to the door.

"Okay, I'm going!" You said and quickly stepped outside. "Geez, calm down..."

"Good luck!" She sang before basically slamming the door.

"Hmph." You turned on your heel and skipped down the steps.

"Nope, no, no way." You raised an eyebrow and watched Zenitsu speed walk away.

"Zenitsu? What's wrong?" He jolted before turning around and giving a nervous grin.

"Hi... Y/n-chan..." You raised an eyebrows and sprinted to catch up to him.

"What's up with you?"

"Nothing!" He replied quickly and nervously pointed in the direction of Shinobu's estate. "I'm gonna go home!"

"Okay..." You waved as he left and then turned around. "Eh?"
Nezuko's box was sitting in front of the gate and said girl was inside.
"Why is she here?" You quickly ran over and picked her up. "Nezuko, what happened?"

She seemed upset and let out rushed, angry hums.

"Inosuke wanted to play a prank..? That's a mean one..." You sighed. "Let's bring you back to Tanjiro, huh?"

She gave a happy hum and you carefully put the box on your back.

The trip to Shinobu's estate was quick and peaceful.
That changed quickly cause once you got there, Tanjiro was giving off a surprisingly scary aura while glaring at Inosuke and Zenitsu.

"Where's my sister?"

"Right there!" Zenitsu exclaimed while pointing at you.

"Hi, Tan--" you cut yourself off as his glare shifted to you. "That's... kind of scary..."

"U-Uh-- Gampachiro, wait a minute--"

"You almost gave me a heart attack!"

"What? What do you mean--"

"Inosuke told me you took her! Why?!"

"But--"

"Sounds like you're about to give an excuse." He sighed and paced, clear frustration written on his face.

"Tanjiro, I didn't do anything." You tried to explain but didn't exactly know how to word it. "I don't-- it just--' I..."

You sighed, sliding the box of your shoulders and setting Nezuko down on the ground.

"Tanjiro. I did not take your sister."

"Then why do you have her?"

"I don't know!" You snapped.

"I didn't ask for you to pull this sick joke!"

"But I didn't! You aren't listening to anything I'm trying to say! God, you're so--"
