Keep It A Secret

First Day

Today I had class which of course was boring like usual.  As soon as it ended I got in my car and drove to the studio. I pulled up and say Marcus and Marissa talking about something, I walked up to them giving them each a hug.  " Soooo you and Marissa are dating!". Marcus said jumping for joy.

"Yes but it's not for real and it's only till we go to Vegas.". Marissa said while I nodded. Marcus stopped jumping and looked sad.  " Fine but you two would look cute together." I looked over at Marissa who was looking at me, I looked away after a couple of seconds and felt myself starting to blush.  Wait why was I blushing.

I decided not to think a lot about it and just walk in with Marissa.  Before we actually got to the studio Marissa grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers.  I wouldn't have payed any attention to it but what I couldn't understand was why my heart started beating faster and why was I getting butterflies.

Soon we were opening the door while everyone looked like they were waiting for us.  They all turned around and most of their reactions were shock except for Emily.  We quickly sat down and Marissa made sure to move my seat closer to her.  I was trying to hold back a smile but realized I failed when Marissa said " Ally look at me"  I looked in her direction but didn't make eye contact.

I guess that wasn't enough cause Marissa took her thumb and index finger lifting up my chin so I could look at her.  Now my blush was very evident on my face.  " You're cute when you blush". Marissa said laughing.  I quickly hide my face in my hands while laughing.  "Okay guys can we start working or do you need to flirt more"  Our manager said.

"Sorry my girlfriend just looks so cute". Marissa said while putting her arm around my shoulder.  Marcus quickly shot up from his seat.  YES!! I knew you guys were dating!" Our manager was laughing at Marcus's reaction.  I saw Jack looking like he couldn't believe it while Emily still looked mad and confused.  " Guys it's not that serious. I just found my person." I said while making eye contact with Marissa.

Now it was Marissa's turn to blush as she quickly hid her face.  I was still laughing while looking at her.  Our manager shook his head laughing " Okay let's start" We all nodded and started paying attention.  Our meeting actually went really well probably because Marissa couldn't stop flirting with me and making me laugh.  At one point she leaned into my ear and said " You're so pretty"

At this point I couldn't hide my redness and just let it show.  Soon enough our meeting ended and we all headed out.  Marissa was still holding my hand as we walked out, and making me smile.  I don't know why but I could really get used to this.   We were standing outside still talking to each other when I felt Marissa's hand leave mine.  She was then behind me with her arms around my waist and her chin resting on my shoulder.

While everyone was talking Marissa was whispering things in my ear like " Jack looks so stupid" or " I can't believe Emily lost someone like you". Her words made me feel really reassured and made me realize things aren't so bad.  Everyone mist have realized we were on our own little world cause Marcus said " M'kay i'm gonna leave you lovebirds alone".

I was about to leave to when Jack said " Hey Ally how would you feel about a double date with is on Friday". As badly as I wanted to say no I could just imagine the look on their faces when we tell them the truth.  " Sure sounds like fun". We all nodded then went separate ways, well Marissa walked me to my car.  " Hey i'm sorry, about being all over you in there I just thought it would make everything believable". " No it's fine I kinda liked it".  Marissa then showed that smile I love.  Wait what. Actually I do love her smile.  Anyway we kept walking until we reached my car.

"Well here you are" Marissa said looking at my car.  "Yea well see you soon". I decided to mess with her a little and I kissed her cheek and walked away.  She looked pretty amazed with a smirk on.  "Bye Marissa" I said after I got in my car.  I drove off thinking about the kiss all day.
