Lotus Pier

Wei Wuxian woke up from his deep sleep because of the smell of soup along with his sore back. It felt like his body had been crushed. "Wei Ying, good morning ..."

Wei Wuxian hugged Lan Wangji's sturdy arm before trying to close his eyes again. Lan Wangji already railed him untill almost morning and asked him to wake up early. It's unfair!

"It's almost 10 o'clock baobei."

Wei Wuxian shook his head several times before sitting down and leaning on Lan Wangji's shoulder. For God's sake he regretted asking Lan Wangji to do dual cultivation if he knew he would get sick like this.

"Lan Zhan give me some rest! "Wei Wuxian say as he feels a strong arm holding him up with the blanket covering his whole body.

Wei Wuxian was at a loss for words. "Lan Zhan don't say that! My poor heart! Oh yes you bathed me?"

"Mnn." Lan Wangji replied kissing Wei Wuxian's nose before Jingshi knocked aggressively on the door. "Oyy open this door quickly!"

Lan Wangji picked up Wei Wuxian to put him on the bed again before opening the door of Jingshi which was about to collapse. Staring at Jiang Wanyin's face, the perpetrator who almost broke down the door of his room.

"Your father's butterfly told me that Lotus Pier will be attacked. I'm going home. I hope you can take care of yourself here." Jiang Cheng said stepping to hand Hong Hu to Wei Wuxian who was still wrapped in a blanket.

Lan Wangji was still glued to his place before moving to follow Wei Wuxian but he didn't have time to do anything because Wei Wuxian had left with Suibian.

And like that The three of them left the cloud recesses. When Lan Wangji arrived he could see Jiang Cheng scolding Wei Wuxian while handing Jiang Yanli to Wei Wuxian. Jiang Fengmian wasn't there but Yu Ziyuan doesn't even look care.

"Run away from here and make sure you two are safe... Lan Wangji took them to Lanling Jin.. It was safe there because they bowed down to Wen Rouhan."Jiang Cheng say as he handle both of them towards Lan Wangji.

Those behind the wall heard a conversation between a woman and Madam Yu. Jiang Cheng, who could already guess what was going to happen, urged them to leave immediately.

Lan Wangji pulled them to leave in a carriage as they travel for almost an hour. Lan Wangji and Jiang Yanli feels so dizzy and before Lan Wangji knew it Wei Wuxian had turned back leaving Lan Wangji with Jiang Yanli in Jiang's horse carriage.

"Wangji you can trust me to Jiang Siew.. Please find A-Xian."

Leaving a crying Jiang Yanli, Lan Wangji had no choice but to return to Wei Wuxian. Misfortune always happens at the wrong time. After less than 30 minutes riding bichen. Lan Wangji looked at the burning Lotus Pier.

Jiang Cheng tells everything to his parents as Lan Wangji saying what happens during their trip on the carriage.
