Y/n woke up, the first rays of sunlight hitting her face in a gentle manner.
The birds started tweeting and Urokodaki opened the door.

"Wake up, kid" Urokodaki spoke.

"Ara, i still can't believe I missed saying goodbye to Tanjiro" y/n spoke with a pout.

She yawned and then stretched.

"I'll start on breakfast" y/n spoke, while Urokodaki nodded and went off to do whatever he did in the mornings.

Y/n got up and changed into a kimono 👘
Putting an apron over herself, she decided to make pancakes.
It came to her as a surprise when Urokodaki told her he had never tried them before, so she decided to make them for him.

Mixing the flour, milk, egg, sugar and baking powder.

She then poured it into a pan and started to cook them.

"..." she looked at the pancakes with a sweat drop.

She was too used to making breakfast for the class.

So here she stood in front of a huge pile of pancakes.

Urokodaki walked in, stared and then walked back out.

"Urokodakiiiiiiiiiii helppppppop" y/n whined.

Taking half of her pancakes she packed them into boxes.

Urokodaki and her ate her pancakes and urokodaki was pleasantly surprised.

Once they finished their breakfast, y/n walked out.

She was walking past the sliced in half boulder, when a hand grabbed her shoulder.

Out of reflex she pulled the person in and put her fist up, ready to punch them in the face.

Opening her eyes, her face flushed in embarrassment.
In her hold was the fox mask boy she had met a few days ago.

His ears were red.
The girl behind him was giggling.

"A-ah, I'm so sorry!!!" Y/n started bowing in embarrassment.
Sabito was just as awkward. He started waving his hands around saying it was fine.

Makomo was having the time of her life.

The awkward two ended up somehow bumping heads in the process.
The silence was deafening afterward, until y/n let out a small airy chuckle.
The other two couldn't hold it in anymore, and then all three of them were laughing.

"S-sorry"
"Bahahahahahahahahh"
"Omg"

In the end the three ended up talking about what just happened, then the conversation turned to something stupid they did as kids, then turned into something someone else did as a child.

"Ahaha- and then h-he fell on his face, in the middle of h-his t-threat" tears were now welling up in her eyes out of laughing too much.

The other two were laughing just as much.

"For real?!"
"Omg, BAHAHAHAHAHA"

Remembering about her pancakes, she turned to the other two before asking them if they wanted any,

.The pancakes were eaten at record pace.

Sabito then challenged y/n to a fight.

Y/n accepted, in her opinion she needed more training.

"Nee, you two have been going at it for hoursss" makomo whined.

She grabbed y/n and pulled her away from sabito.

" I think you should take a break my darling rosemary~" she cooed in her ear.

Y/n's face went red.

....

They ended up taking a break.

They ate some rice balls and chatted about something's.

They decided to do one more round of sparring before they would call it a day.

Sabito was blushing .

A lot.

Makomo's mind was running a thousand thoughts per minute.

What happened you may ask?

Sabito went in for a kick.
She wouldn't be able to jump in time.

You know how the saying goes, if you can't go over it and you can't go through it, you go under it

So that's what y/n did.
She went under it.

Her thighs slapped the ground and her legs were in a split.

Makomo had the perfect view

Her ass was sticking out and sabito made the mistake of looking down.

He tripped.

He landed.

on her.

Makomo rushed over, but.

Instead of helping them up, she grabbed y/n and slung her over her shoulder.

She then stuck her tongue out at sabito and ran.

Sabito ran after her.

It was like playing capture the flag, except there were only two people playing and the other one was the "flag"

Y/n was not amused.

The moon rose as it was now around midnight.

The three of them were lying together on the grass
Sabito had his arms wrapped around y/n from the back while makomo had hers wrapped around her from the front.

It was a comfortable and safe position.

So much that y/n fell asleep.

The two looked at her sleeping figure.
Makomo then drifted off to sleep.

Sabito mumbled.

"I'll wait for you my darling ~"

Before he too, fell asleep in the clearing.

Surrounded by various different flowers, the one that stood out most was the rosemary.
