It was 8 pm when she landed on the airport of Indiana. She didn't rest her eyes at any time, she was to nervous. She was excited to see his best friend, to see her family and rest of friends.
Hawkins was an hour away from the airport. She took a bus and in a hour she arrived at the Quarry.
Her and Steve used to spend hours there, during the summer, they turned on the music and dance.
Actually a lot of Hawkins places were their places. Benny's burger was their favorite restaurant, Hawks movie theater was Olivia's favorite because she loved going to the movies...

30 minutes went by, did she got wrong the place, was it another one? Did Steve changed his mind? . "Olivia get your shit together, it's not even 10" she said to herself, then she put on the earphones and listened to Queen.

It was 11. Steve didn't came. Olivia got up, and started walking to the byers house. She suddenly heard a scream, someone was calling her name. It was Steve. Where was he?
- OLIVIA. OLIVIA
She could hear him, but didn't see him anywhere.
- STEVE? WHERE ARE YOU?
And there it was, the figure of her friend was getting closer to her, it was a bit far, but she could recognize him well.
She started running towards him, and it happened.
She jumped on top of him , and hugged him tightly.steve was shocked, but he hugged her back.
They were like that for 2 minutes, they didn't want to let go. When they finally stopped, they look each other in the eyes.

- im sorry I'm late, I took Dustin home..
-its okay. Im sorry i haven't call or anything all this time, it has been crazy.

Then she started telling him about his dad, she didn't say much but she explained him how she needed a fresh start. She told about kate, and the "pub", about when she died and left her everything.
- you are telling me... You are the owner of Kate's?
- was... But yeah, i made into a real pub.
-so you've been busy. Still.. i don't understand why you couldn't write me..
- i was scared..

- you have forgotten about me, or you were mad... I don't know, I'm a coward.
- how could say that? I've been thinking about you nonstop, i wanted to search for you, but your dad told us you left and didn't want to do anything to do with us. I of course didn't believe him, i know how asshole he is.. but i really thought that you wanted to leave everything and everyone behind.
- he is a liar. I left because i couldn't stand living there anymore... And i wanted a fresh start, and If i went back here.. he would've found me eventually..

- i know and I'm truly sorry.. i called you a few months ago, but you didn't pick up.. still... Im sorry.. i went through some shit and you were the only one i wanted to talk to .- Olivia Started crying. She remembered the rape, the depression, how lonely she felt.

- hey, it's okay. You are here now, and that's what really matters.- steve said trying to confort her

They talked more, she finally had the courage to tell him about the rape. When he Finished, steve was quiet for a while, then she got out of the car and started shouting and cursing.
- FUCKIN PSYCHOS, IN GOING TO KILL THEM,
- STEVE! STOP! It's okay it's all over, they are on jail and not planning to get out anytime soon. - Olivia tried to calm down Steve . he then stopped shouting and started crying.

- don't you dare apologize Harrington, this had nothing to do with you, can we just don't talk about it? Let's go to Benny's and eat all of the burgers.
- you don't know.. benny died, the place closed..i told you a lot happened.
- i know .- Olivia showed Steve all the documents and information she had about what happened on Hawkins.
- wanna head to my place? We can talk more calmly while we have big pizza and have a movie marathon.. just like the old times

And they went to Steve's house, ordered a pizza, watched carrie and talked all night.. just like the old days.
She was home.

Steve talked about what happened those months, how there were monsters on Hawkins, he dating nancy but breaking up with her, and she getting with Jonathan .. for Olivia it was more difficult believing Jonathan got a girlfriend than about the monsters, after what she read on the papers about will.. she wasn't completely surprised about it..

Olivia woke up the next morning crowled up with steve by her side, it was the first time in a very long time she have slept so good. Last time it was when she still lived in Hawkins and she used to have sleepovers with Steve.
She felt home,safe... She used to have a big crush with Steve growing up but that was until she left, what she didn't know is that steve had a crush on her too, but never recognized it..
They saw each other as best friends, as soulmates but only on friendship...
She was so confortable and happy around his best friend she forgot she still needed to meet with her family..

- no , you are never leaving my side - he said still with his eyes closed and sleepy.
- i won't.. .but I still have to meet the rest .. they don't know im back remember?
- just 5 minutes , i don't want to share you with the rest yet...
- ok.. but 5 minutes
Those 5 minutes turned into an hour. When they finally got up it was 5, they didn't left the bed all day..

Steve arrived at the byers house, he looked over to Olivia, she was nervous, and steve could see that.
- it's ok, liv, they will be so happy to see you... And after.. i can sneak in as always..
- let's just hope i still have a room... Thank you steve

Olivia got out Of The car, she was on the doorstep , she wanted to knock but she was paralyzed...
Suddenly the door opened , and saw Joyce, she was stunned to see her stepdaughter..
