Twenty one

Hanjis POV

I woke up to someone poking my face....it was ash.

"Mama....mama....wake up" he kept poking me.

I yawn before opening my eyes "yes?"

He looks around "where are we?"

I sigh "we're at Levi's, we spent the night"

His eyes widened a bit "w-what about daddy?"

I rub his head "I'll deal with your father...."

He nods and I sighed sitting up "although we should probably leave now..."

I sighed getting up and grabbing the extra clothes Levi got me.

I went into the guest bathroom and changed and came back out to see ash waiting for me patiently.

I smile "ready to go?"

He nods as I helped him down the bed and he followed me into the living room, it was still pretty early so no one was up yet....

I sent Levi a message saying thank you before leaving the house quietly...

We arrived home and I already knew Erwin was going to be up.....

We walked inside and I immediately sent ash to his room before I was greeted by Erwin....

He walked into the living room and glared at me "where the hell were you last night?"

"I told you, I was at a friends house to avoid the storm"

He got closer to me "don't....lie to me Hanji"

I frown "I'm not lying....Erwin"

He glared me down "really? Then what friend did you stay with"

One of my old friends popped into my head "Nanaba"

He continued to glare at me before he sighed and walked away....that was surprising....

He grabbed his suitcase and fixed his tie "I'm leaving" he said before slamming the door as he left....

I sighed and sat on the couch....that could have ended badly....

Levi's POV

When I woke up I got a message from Hanji saying she was grateful that I let her stay here for the night.

I sighed rubbing my eyes....I didn't get as much sleep as I wanted to last night....

I went into the living room and mikasa was making breakfast.

"Morning sir" she said as she was grabbing stuff from the fridge.

"Morning"

I sat at the kitchen table and went on my phone to see if I got any more new messages from Kenny.

"Ah shit"

I look up and see mikasa shutting the fridge sighing.

"What?"

"We're out of eggs, milk and butter, I'll go to the store-"

I sighed "I'll go"

"Sir you don't need to, I'm fine with going"

I shake my head "no it's fine, I need stuff from the store anyway"

While I was walking to my room armin had just woken up.

"Oi armin, get dressed we're going to the store"

His eyes widened a bit "r-right now?"

I tch "yes so go get ready"
