Hi everyone.

Originally, I was going to update one of my other fanfictions. However, I really wanted to work on this. I had fun writing the draft for this and figured it was a nice change of pace from everything else I usually write.

Also, I'm feeling a bit lazy to grammar-check at the current moment, so you'll probably notice a couple of them. I'll fix them in a couple of days, (though, for obvious reasons, it probably won't matter for those who are reading right now.)

As for updates on my other stories, Won't Forget You and Call of The Hound will be getting updated next. Don't know when, but maybe in a couple of weeks.

Anyway, that's all. Enjoy!

If it was one thing that the pups loved doing, it was playing outside. The free, open, and lush outdoors gave them the sense of freedom and fun being locked indoors never provided. So naturally, most of the activities the pups planned to do took place outside. And today, they planned for a vast outdoor day. Tag, hide-and-seek, and other games they played plus much more. Just as a day to relax and have fun.

So when it rained, they were all disappointed.

Normally, the pups didn't mind the rain too much, understanding it was important and just a way of life, but when they were told by Ryder it would be storming all day, and that with the exception of rescues and missions, they would stay inside for the rest of the day, the pups were even more disheartened by the news. And yes, they had some things to do inside, but it quickly got boring.

Currently, all of the pups laid on the second floor, moping around due to the boredom they were facing. Some, like Chase and Marshall, sat on the floor, staring at the ceiling. Others, like Skye and Rubble, stared out of the window, watching the rainfall as a way to pass the time. Sometimes, one pup would eventually come up with an idea of something to do, but the entertainment only lasted for a few minutes until they became bored again.

"Alright, I'm done just laying around," Zuma suddenly exclaimed, standing up from kicking a ball around the room over and over. "There has to be something to do."

"Like what, Zuma?" Rocky asked the labrador, who was leaning up against the wall. "We've already played Pup-pup boogie like 50 million times, we've gone through several board games that you didn't want to play, mind you, and also, Ryder told you not kick the ball around in the lookout."

"Aw, come on, dude, there has to be something to do. Ryder seriously can't expect us to be couped up inside all day long."

"Hate to break it to ya, Zuma, but Rocky's right," Chase pointed out to Zuma, still staring at space. "Not only have we gone through everything we can do, but we also are staying inside all day because Ryder told us so."

"Oh, whatever guys. I'm going to search this place to find something interesting if it's the last thing I do," Zuma told the group before walking out of the room. Once he was gone, Rocky let out a small sigh.

"You know, he does have a point... we probably should find something to do."

"Like what?" Marshall asked Rocky.

"Oh! How about we watch a movie? We haven't done that for a while," Skye suggested to the group. She glanced at the rest of the pups, who shrugged at her.

"Alright, I guess that doesn't sound like a bad idea," Chase replied. "What do we all want to watch, though?"

"How about someone just grabs all the movies we have and then we'll pick one," Rubble suggested.
