RIKI'S POV

After we warned kuya Jake the amount of goblins and bats increased, as much as i want to make sure kuya Jake does listen to us, i can't move away from my position.

Sunoo and kuya Heeseung are fighting really hard to keep them away from us but they were too many, causing us to step back inch by inch.

Tangina, kahit si Sunoo lang makalapit dun.

Kung makagawa ako ng opening kay Sunoo, pwede siyang tumakbo dun.

Kaya lang paano nga eh siya yung target ng mga paniki na toh.

Para sa kanila yung main threat ay si Sunoo, pwedeng si kuya Heeseung. Siya ang pinakamabilis tumakbo sa aking lahat.

I turned my head at kuya Heeseung's side but to my dismay it was hard to create an opening, as he was surrounded by a lot of bats than i could muster.

Hindi naman ako maka hingi ng tulong kila kuya Sunghoon. Kulang pa nga silang tatlo sa mga goblins na yun eh, nangangagat pa.

Si kuya Jake- Wag Riki.

Naalala mo noon nung malapit ng mapahamak si kuya Jake dahil diyan!

Hinding-hindi, naaalala ko parin yung hagulgol ni Jay nun.

Fuck, this isn't the time to remember bad memories.

As i shooked my head and focused in front of me, i swinged my sword to cut all of these bats in halves. Making them vanish.

"ARAY!" I yelled as something hot hit the back of my feet and something very hard hit my side.

"SORRY!" Sunoo and kuya Heeseung both apologized and i just smiled at them. I heard Sunoo deeply sighed, making me turn my head at him.

He was exhausted, all of us are. But him and Jungwon are the most tired out of the seven of us, they weren't trained to fight long battles or even just simple fights.

Their magic also has a huge toll on their body, both physically and mentally. I knew they needed some rest when Jungwon's shadow puppets decreased and weakened.

When Sunoo's thick tree branches were getting thinner by the minute. I was sorry for them, guilt and worry was flooding into me.

"RIKS IN FRONT OF YOU!" I was relieved for two things: kuya Heeseung killed the bats that was about to bite me and hearing kuya Jake's voice, knowing he was safe.

Or i just spoke too soon as i realized he didn't say that in my earpiece but in a distance a bit far away from us but more near on the flower.

"SHIT, JAKE!" I snapped out of my shocked trance when Jay shouted. He was breaking through the crowds of goblins by continuously firing at their heads.

But to no luck, he couldn't move more than an inch and pushed back by a foot. I was also slashing my sword more hurriedly as i saw kuya Jake was just a few meters away from the flower.

"KUYA SABI KO SAYO DUN KA NALANG EH!!" I was tearing up, deja vu's hitting me like a truck. But i kept myself composed, my only priority now was saving kuya Jake.

"Shit shit shit!" Kuya Heeseung frantically sweared at my side as he too was trying to make a way through the army of bats, but just like Jay we failed to even move more than an inch.

"Kuya tangina!" I can see the flash of worry and guilt Sunoo's eyes reflected, him and kuya Jake really grew the closest the whole 2 weeks.

As i focused my gaze again at kuya Jake he was already about to grab the flower, when the bats and goblins seemed to feel it.

They all left the six of us and flew straight to kuya Jake, this made us all panic and run fast to kuya Jake.

"SHIT I CAN'T!" Kuya Jake exclaimed as he pulled the flower but it doesn't seem to budge.

"JAKE UMALIS KA NA DIYAN!"

"KUYA TUMAKBO KA NA!"

"JAKE WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE RECKLESS RIGHT NOW!"

"JAKE GET AWAY FROM THERE!"

"KUYA UMALIS KA NA!"

They all screamed at him as the bats and goblins was near to him by a few meters, while we were a little bit behind them.

"Kuya..." I wanted to shout but it came out as a desperate whisper. As i saw him ignoring our shouts and continued pulling the flower. He was even using a knife to cut the stem, but the blade got broken.

That caused the blade to jump and hit his cheeks, i don't know if it was deep but i do know it bled a lot.

"JAKE/KUYA!!" We all shouted as a goblin was holding his hand and a bat was right in front of him.

"HAEREAM'S MAGICIA FLOS!" He shouted.

A white bright light enveloped us, a very blinding light that was also very very cold i think i was going to freeze.

Soon that white freezing light turned into blazing red, the cold temperature immediately melted into something so hot, i think my blood was literally boiling.

Then everything have gone black.
