Chapter 2 !!

Timeskip a couple weeks later ~
A/N: you, Robin and Steve are close friends.

"We're closed" I say to Erica and her army of brats. "Fine, ok" she says finally realising she was never going to win this battle. she walks away annoyed and ice cream free; mission accomplished. "Erica and her squad just never give up, do they?" I ask robin and Steve in the back of the shop, "Nope, they dont" Steve replies.
"Hey um so I was wondering if you'd like to come to the movies with me y/n?" Robin asks me avoiding eye contact, i mentally scream in happines. Robin was practically asking me out... kinda? "Really? Yeah of course I would will steve be coming?" I secretly hope it'll just be me and Robin."nah, dingus has other plans" I smile feeling literally over the moon. "Are you free after this?" She asks
"Yeah, I am" I reply trying not too get my hopes up, it wasn't a date yet.. right?

I quickly pack up all my stuff and watch Robin do the same. "I'll have to head home first and get some of my stuff, if that's ok" I say too Robin no way was I going out too the movies with Robin wearing my scoops outfit. "Yeah that's fine I will too, can I pick you up Just outside your place?" Robin asks me. " yup" I reply excitedly.

When I'm back home I decide to wear my best denim jeans and sweatshirt and text Robin:

Hi Robin im so excited! I'll wait outside on the porch, see you soon 😊 ❤.

I hope I don't sound to cheesy, I think while gathering my bag and heading out too the porch. "Oh hey Robin, that was quick!"
"Hi! Y/N, I was just around the corner anyway"
"Oh ok," I say climbing into the passenger seat of Robins car. It smells like Robin, her perfume, her shampoo, everything. She presses the stereo and plays the song Waterloo. A/N: sorry 😅 I don't know what Robin would listen too. She parks just outside. "What are we watching?" I ask not really caring as long as I was with Robin. "Oh, didn't I tell you? We're watching Aliens!"
"Ooh I've wanted to watch that movies for ages" I say now practically jumping out of the car. Tonight was going to be amazing and nothing could ruin it...
