My Life was relatively simple apart form the fact that I have superpowers. My name is Star and My parents are Blackbolt and Medusa, the king and queen of Attilan which makes me a princess. When I was born my dad's phycho brother, Maximus, kidnapped me and gave me to a human family because he was jealous, he wanted the throne for himself and I stood in the way of that.

I have always known who I am and what my future holds, you see I somehow knew, I remembered who my parents were and my people. I don't know how since I was only two days old when I was taken. For years I have been trying to find my parents, my family but it was impossible, they could've been anywhere. 

About a year ago I  found a wounded dog in the forest behind my house but it was no ordinary dog, it was huge and he seemed to know who I was because he didn't hurt me when I attempted to heal him. I was in the middle of healing him with my powers when a women showed up and strange clothing.

"Get away from him!" shouted the women as she ran over to us.

"Its okay he was wounded, I was just healing him"

"LockJaw are you alright?" asked the women as she knelt down beside the dog.

"Is he yours?" I asked

"Yes, who are you?"

"I'm Star and If its okay I need to fully heal him or he could get infected"

"Okay"

I knelt down beside the wound and hovered my hands over it and they began to glow with such beautiful colours, after a few seconds the wound was healed and I looked up at the women who looked at me with a shocked face.

"Your alive....how?"

"I don't understand"

"Starlight"

"How do you know my full name?"

"My name is Crystal and I'm your aunt"

"Your My mothers sister?"

"Yes"

"I didn't know Medusa had a sister"

"You know?"

"I've always known"

"Then we need to go Your parents are in trouble"

LockJaw and Crystal stood up and she told me to hold on to him and suddenly we were in a hallway in a strange place.

"Where are we?" I whispered

"Attilan...Home"

We walked through the hallways until we heard the familiar voice of maximus, we hid behind a wall listening to him. He was talking to Medusa and Blackbolt and there were a lot of other people there too.

Suddenly Crystal took my arm and said "We need to stop him"

I nodded and we walked into the throne room. I saw both my parents on their knees with their hands tied behind their backs.

"Aren't you forgetting something Maximus?" I asked and everyone turned to look at me.

"Who are you?" he asked 

"Don't you remember the baby you kidnapped from your own brother?"

"StarLight, its good to see you again.....kill her" 

The men who were loyal to Maximus started to walk towards me, Crystal walked up and stood beside me, she nodded at me and we began to fight the men off. An energy blast here, a sonic scream there and Crystal was almost as good as me. Once all the men were unconscious all that was left was Maximus and I was furious with him.

"You ruined my life, you took me from my family, you are a monster" I said slowly walking up to him with my hands and eyes glowing ready to attack him.

I raised my hand ready to fire my energy blast when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked round to see my mother standing there.

"Its alright, he will face punishment for his crimes, Past and Present, I promise" said Medusa

My eyes and hands stopped glowing and I watched as BlackBolt, my father, walked up to Maximus and punched him so hard he knocked him out. He then turned to me and walked up to me, he looked at Crystal and nodded at her as if he was asking her something.

"Its her" said Crystal

BlackBolt put his hand on my cheek and smiled, the next thing I knew he was hugging me. He pulled away and I saw tears in his eyes, I looked at my mother and she also had tears, she walked up to me and hugged me she whispered 'I missed you StarLight'.

"I missed you too"

Medusa pulled away and said "You remember?"

"Yeah, I don't know how but I do"

"I don't care I'm just glad your home"

LockJaw walked up to Star and put his head in front of her and Star scratched his head.

"He likes you" said Crystal

"Welcome home StarLight" said Medusa

A week later and Starlight had settled in well in her new life, she had left her human life behind and had grown into the princess she had always meant to be.
