Back to South Korea. It's was Week 7, Taehyung last week.

Namjoon took a deep breath, laying in a hospital bed. "He keeps asking me about you" Jin told him, holding all the stuff that Namjoon want Jin to give to Taehyung. "I know, tell him I love him when he go on surgery" original Taehyung was going to die this week but someone and that someone is Namjoon is giving his lungs away for him. "I will miss you" Jin hug his brother for the last time. "Me too" Namjoon tears a bit but want to do it. "I heard you two made love, my little brother is so caring and so slow" Jin tease him for the last time.

The door inrupt them. "We're ready" a nurse told them. "Jin go with Tae now, tell him I love him" Jin nodded, giving a kiss on Namjoon forehead. He gather Namjoon stuff and left.

He let a tears roll out but quickly wipe it's away. "Jinnie, Joonie isn't here" Taehyung cried. "Shh, baby, Namjoon is saving someone. They got hit by a car" Jin made up a lied. "That's my Joonie" Taehyung felt better. "He say he loves you" Jin play with his hair as the mask was place on Taehyung face. "I love you dadd-" Taehyung was asleep.

Jin step out with one of the nurse for comfort as he watch the whole surgery behind the window.

He watch the surgery guy cut in Namjoon chest. He looks away and hold his tears.

"L-let me know when he is done" Jin told the nurse who place her hand on his shoulder.

"You can look now" the lady told him. He watch how the surgery guy cut Taehyung chest. Taking his old one and place his brother/lover in him. He watch how the lung surgery work.

After an hour passed.

"He is done, let me take you for coffee. It's will take a while to clean up and to get Taehyung waken up" the lady told him.

As they got coffee and sat at a table.

"Your brother is amazing, saving his boyfriend" The lady said. "Finance" Jin correct her. "My bad, what's going to happen to him and you?" The lady asked. "Keeping the promise my brother told me" Jin took a slip.

They talk some more and the lady end up making Jin smile a lot more. Than the nurse got a beep, letting them know that Jin can see Taehyung now.

"He will be bit groggy because of the medicine" the nurse walk him back. Jin smile softly, walking to the sleepy boy. He held his hand as Taehyung look at him. "J-joonie?" Taehyung ask for him. "I need to tell you something" Jin look at the nurse and she left.

The room was fill of Taehyung cried, reading the journey that Namjoon wrote in, the photo book he made of them. He saw a note and read it.

I know you're sad and crying baby, just remember you're my life, dont forget that.

"Jinnie" Taehyung look at him, who eyes are red and swollen. "I-I'm pregnant?" Taehyung ask him who nodded slowly.

"Look at me, I'm going to stay here by your side. Taking care of you and this baby, I will love and care for you" Jin hug him. "Why did he do this?" Taehyung ask, holding Namjoon jacket, sniffing it. "Because he love you, you bring life to him and you're very special to him" Jin laid next to him who stood over for him.

"Don't leave me" Taehyung sniff. "I won't" Jin laid on his side. "Sleep, you will need it" Jin kiss Taehyung nose who close his eyes.

In his dream.

He was laying in a field of white/purple flowers. He saw a dark figure, it's was Namjoon. He turn around and his color change to bright as he saw Taehyung.

"You're my life" Namjoon kiss Taehyung one last time till he vanished in the air. Taehyung smile and look besides him, a note telling him Namjoon will be his and Jin guardian angel.
