Naomi's POV:
"It's been a while...you're really beautiful Na-Mi-san."
I got caught up with Erick while I was on my way to see Paul.
"What are you doing here?"
"I heard..you're working with Midnight Blue..." (Midnight Blue: Name of a new band that Naomi's been working with for the past 2 months.) "...I just dropped by to see them personally."
"Don't you dare touch them with your filthy hand Erick!"
"Na-Mi...you really should learn to separate work from personal ambitions."
"Look who's talking" *Smirks*
"What can you do?... You're just a composer. I am the head of TNW Records now. The future is much brighter with me and musicians in JL Entertainment is never a priority. No offense but I think you know that since you work here now. You should have stayed with me."
"Do you think that I will keep my silence on this? You better prepare yourself Erick."
Kung hindi sina Ian at Roy namagitan, baka kung saan na napunta ang tagpo namin ni Erick nung araw na yun. As expected, he will approach my artist because he just can't simply let me overpower him. He is possessive, over ambitious son of a bitch!
And he always take things away from me.
Three days later, Paul called me saying that the band withdraw from the contract but not only that, they took the manuscripts and release the song under TNW Records.
Office of the President: (Ian's Office)
"How did this happen?!"
Nang malaman ni Ian ang nangyari, ipinatawag nya kaagad kami ni Paul sa kanyang opisina para magpaliwanag. Si Roy naman, tahimik lang na nakikinig sa tabi.
"It's Erick." Sagot naman ni Paul kay Ian. "...It's my fault I'm sorry sir."
"Call Andrew...we need to take an appropriate action for this. The Y-tube Audio they released reach 1 Million views today. When will they debut?"
"Sir, Midnight Blue will perform at the Beer Fest tonight." Sagot naman ni Roy.
"May isa pa tayong problema." Lahat sila tumingin saakin.
"...There's another party involved...I wrote the song under Beautiful Soul Records. It's where I do my work. It's a collaboration with JL."
"So we are under contract with an international recording label?.. I'll get sued for this." *Long sigh*
"Can you let me handle this Ian?" Tanong ko sakanya.
Tiningnan ako ni Ian ng diretso. I can't tell what he is thinking but I can guess.
"You can use your authority as my..."
"NO..." I stopped him. He looked confused. "...I don't want you to get involved with this. I will ask you to step back and no matter what happens later, I want you to silence your lawyers and all the people that knows our relationship. I will apply our full disclosure agreement on this."
"Come again?"
"He can use you against me."
"Then use me. I can take him."
"I know what you can do Ian. You're not someone incapable and I think you already have an idea since you ran a background check on me." I smiled intently on him.
Hindi sya naka-imik sa sinabi ko. Napatingin din sya kay Roy na nakatayo sa kanyang tabi. Nagulat yata sya dahil alam ko ang ginawa nya.
"I-Is it..t-true?" I can see the hesitation and the frightened look on his face.
