3rd person POV:

"You look so gorgeous today kookie." taehyung commented as he stared at his best friend up and down fondly.

"I always do, don't i?" Jungkook responded with a smile as he raised one eyebrow at the elder.

"You surely do. After all you are the Jeon Jungkook.. it just makes sense." Taehyung said as he chuckled at his own words.

"It does indeed. But you are very handsome yourself." Jungkook complimented back as he leaned back on the wall with taehyung standing beside him.

"I am? It's very rare to get compliments from you." Taehyung said with narrowed eyes at the younger who was staring at him the whole time before he looked away when he met the elder's eyes and pretended like he was never looking at him.

"Want me to take it back. Just accept it when i give it." Jungkook grumbled as he crossed his arms on his chest and kept looking away from him.

"Yeah yeah i accept it my love. Thank you." Taehyung muttered as he flicked jungkook's chin who tensed up at that petname.

"I have told you to not call me that petname, hyung." Jungkook said seriously as his smile slipped off his face.

"Okay sorry. Don't get so serious. I haven't even mentioned any feelings from last few days." Taehyung said as he playfully showed his hands as in surrender position.

"Are you finally getting over your feelings for me? That's good.. you should move on from someone like me. You deserve so much better." Jungkook said as he smiled at that.

Taehyung's playfulness slipped off hearing that.."just because i am not showing them doesn't mean i don't have those feelings anymore. It's just that I don't want you to feel uncomfortable by any means." Taehyung explained.

"You know that i am not uncomfortable with them. I understand you very well. I just don't want you getting hurt.. and i know how hurt you get all the time because of me." Jungkook said as he looked away from him the whole time while talking to him.

"I am not hurt because of you. I know what i bring upon myself.. it's my decision to love you and keep you as a friend at the same time because i don't want to lose you.

If i get hurt it's on me because you have warned me every single time. And you have your own life to live which isn't bound with mine. You don't need to worry." Taehyung said back with a small smile.

Before jungkook could say anything further.. their conversation was interrupted by some boy coming from behind as he wrapped an arm around jungkook's hips and groped his ass.. "are you free after classes jungkook?"

Jungkook didn't react anything to his touches and just nodded.."yeah i am but hyungwon is already coming over.." jungkook replied.

"Don't worry about that.. i will talk to him about it but are you up for a threesome?" Chawon asked.

"I am okay with it." Jungkook responded with a nod.

"Okay i will be there at five." Chawon said cheerfully as he kissed jungkook's neck before leaving.

Taehyung looked away from the sight as he gulped the lump in his throat.. he had seen such a sight too many times but he just can't help himself but feel tears everytime he sees that.

Jungkook sighed when he turned towards taehyung again.."this was what i meant hyung.. find someone better for you. I am not the one. I can't change myself for you and you will just get hurt by my actions.. and i don't want that to happen. Do you think i can't see the tears in your eyes ever single time?"  Jungkook asked.

"It's your life jungkook.. sure we are best friends.. but still i don't have the right to control how you live. You can do whatever you want and you aren't obliged to keep me happy. You want to enjoy it so you should.. i am happy that you don't hold yourself back from doing so just because you know about my feelings." Taehyung said as he smiled at the younger who nodded his head.

"I still feel bad hyung.. i don't want you to be hurt. I really don't." Jungkook said in a low voice as he looked down.. he hesitated for a second before he hugged the elder resting his head on his chest.

"Why did you hesitate?" Taehyung questioned as he obviously noticed that while he softly patted the younger's head.

"I don't know.. chawon literally just touched me in front of you.. so i thought maybe you wouldn't like to hug me like that."jungkook answered honestly.

"I love you.. i would never think such a thing..now we should go before we get too late." Taehyung said with a small smile as they pulled away from the hug and walked away to their class.

Jungkook didn't respond to any of taehyung's confession but every time he didn't.. it definitely stung his heart just a little.. but then again he force the younger to love him back.
