The last thing I remember is being taken by an alien ship, they used a beam just like in the movies. It's strange to think that we were right all along but they were just stereotypes. Now I'm here, on an alien planet, with no way to survive. Great, just great. The planet itself is habitable, at least I think so since I'm not dead yet. The keyword being yet. It looks like Earth, in the sense of a desert on Earth. The land is desolate and bare, and surprisingly, there are tumbleweeds almost floating as they skid across the dry and cracked land. I start walking, and before I know it the sun is hanging low in the sky, dropping down closer and closer to the horizon. I pause for a moment, unsure whether or not I should continue or try and find shelter for the night. Then I see it, something so bizarre I'm sure it came out of a storybook. I try moving to run away, but my body won't budge. It gets closer, and closer. I feel a shiver run up my spine and through my body to the tips of my fingers and toes. Then it's right in front of me, staring at me with what seems like curiosity. "Don't let me die like this" I think, I still can't move which is both irritating and scary at the same time. I squeeze my eyes shut, wondering what it might do. When I open them again, it's gone. I swear it's either a figment of my imagination or I've finally gone crazy. And then I can move, and when I do I see it, the pale grey skin at the tips of my fingers. I scream out of pure fear and it echoes off of anything and everything around me. What's happening to me?
