Chapter 2

( Your Pov )

"I completely blew it..", I mumbled to myself as I threw myself on my bed.

I let out a deep sigh as I stared at the ceiling, wondering if I would ever get a loving family.

"Pfft, you're so pathetic", I suddenly heard Sam, I looked to my side as she got in the room with Rose. Our room to be more specific. "You actually thought you would get adopted?"

"Aw don't be harsh on her, she's just a dumb baby", Rose sarcastically said, and they both started laughing.

"C'mon, get up, I need a foot massage", Sam said with dominance as she sat on her bed.

I let out a sigh and got up, I was going to get on the floor and massage Sam's foot, but someone suddenly opened the door.

"There you are Y/n. Pack your things, you're getting adopted sweetheart", ms.Hoover said with a smile, and we all looked at her with shock.

"Really?!", I excitedly asked as a huge grin appeared on my face.

"Yes, they're waiting downstairs for you", ms.Hoover said before she leaves and close the door with her.

I don't waste time, I immediately grabbed my backpack and started packing my things excitedly.

I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my head, Sam just pulled me from my hair, making me let out a scream.

"Don't get too excited you dumb baby, you won't last there for two months, as usual", Sam cruelly said as she laughed.

"Yeah, you're too weird to be loved", Rose added.

"That's not true!", I said as I tried to hold my tears.

Most of those people who adopted me, adopted me to use me, they used me to make them stuff like money or glorbs.

"Oh yeah?? Then why haven't you found a home yet, huh?", Sam asked as she let go of my hair and crossed her arms. "Why all the parents who tried to adopt you sent you back here again?"

That's kinda true.. I've been adopted multiple times, but I've always managed to ruin that somehow, causing them to send me back here..

I didn't say anything as I wiped my tears away.

"She won't even last a week", Rose said with a smirk as she opened the door.

"Yeah, I bet", Sam said as she and Rose left the room, laughing and slamming the door behind them.

Why am I so pathetic!

I grabbed my backpack, I threw whatever belongs to me in it and carried it on my back. I looked at myself in the mirror and fixed my hair.

I'll show them.. I'll prove to them that I'm normal and capable of being loved!!

I made my way out of the room and headed downstairs. I now see Professor Venomous with BoxMan, standing next to the front with miss Munchen.

"There she is. Did you pack all your stuff Y/n?", miss Munchen asked with a fake smile, she's only sweet in front visitors.

"Yes miss Munchen", I said as I looked at her before looking at Professor Venomous and BoxMan.

Miss Munchen then pulled me to the side to talk privately to me. "Listen here you little brat, this will be the last time you get adopted. If you got back here again, you can forget dreaming about having a new home. Do you understand me?", she whispered with a strict tone as she looked at me with serious scary face, making me gulp.

"Yes miss Munchen..".

~ Skip Time ~

"So Y/n, tell us a little about yourself", Professor Venomous asked as he's driving his car, and next to him was BoxMan.

"Oh.. um.. I like drawing and coloring!", I said with a smile.

"That's nice. How are you with school? Do you know how to read and write?", he asked as he looked at me shortly from the rearview mirror.

"I do! Ms.Hoover always complements me in class, and gives me stars for any good work I do!", I proudly said.

"Impressive!", Professor Venomous said with amazement, making me smile and blush. "I'm sure you're going to love your new home, and hopefully you'll get along with Fink".

"Who's Fink?", I curiously asked.

"Fink is my loyal minion. Well, she's more like a daughter to me. She's also your age", he said with a soft smile on his face.

Like a daughter? Is she adopted too?

"I can't wait to meet her then! I hope we become friends!", I happily said as I looked through the window, and I see a huge factory called BoxMore.

"We're here!", BoxMan said once Professor Venomous parked his car outside the factory.

This is their home? A factory?

Professor Venomous and BoxMan got out of the car, Professor Venomous opened my door and helped me unbuckle my seatbelt before I get out of the car.

We all got in the factory. I look around me with curiosity as I follow them, and I see a lot of red robots working nonstop.

Professor Venomous and BoxMan showed me around till we ended up being in a huge office.

"And this is my office, you'll be coming here whenever we call you for battles", BoxMan said as he walked inside and stood in front a huge window, making me frown.

"Battles?", I asked with raised eyebrow.

"Come here my dear child", he called. I walked and stood next to him, and he put a hand on my shoulder. "You see this place in front of us? And you see those kids playing in there? Those are our enemies".

"Enemies?", I questioned.

"Yes! They always destroy my robots that I work so hard on building!!", BoxMan started yelling with anger. "And this is why we chose you, we want you to go out there and destroy those plaza jerks!!"

I whined a little as I took few backwards steps, this man is so crazy and it's scaring me!

"Calm down BoxMan, you're scaring her", Professor Venomous calmly said as he walked closer to me, he put a hand on my head and I hugged his leg."There's a lot Y/n needs to learn before going out there. C'mon Y/n, I'll show you your room".

Professor Venomous gave me his hand and I took it, and he lead me out of BoxMan's office. I followed Professor Venomous in the hallways, he opened a door and revealed huge bedroom!

Well it's not really huge, but to me it is!

"Y/n, this will be your bedroom", Professor Venomous said with a smile.

"Wow, really? All for me?!", I asked as I looked at him with sparkles in my eyes, and he chuckled.

"Yep, it's all yours, we can change the furniture if you want to", he said as he looked around the room, and I put my backpack on the bed.

"Hmm, well in that case, I'll change this!", I said as I pointed at the bed, making it change into a pink princess bed. "I want the walls pink! Oh and a table would be nice here! Oh and I always wanted night glowing stars on the ceiling!"

I kept going on and changing the room, making almost everything pink and cute, and I filled the room with lots of toys and stuffed animals.

"And for the final touch, some flowers on the window!", I said as I used my magic to make some flowers.

I then turned around to look at Professor Venomous with excitement, but my smile turned into a frown when I saw how shocked he was.

Shoot! I'm blowing it!

"I-I'm sorry.. did I went too far..? I-I can change everything back to how it was!!", I said as I was going to do it.

"No no, it's okay. I'm just really impressed, you're really good with using your powers", Professor Venomous said as he patted me on my head, making me blush and giggle. "C'mon now, let's change your uniform and get you ready to meet the others".

"Others?", I curiously asked.

"BoxMan's robots are like his children, I'm sure you'll get along with them just fine. It's Fink that I'm worried about", he mumbled the last part, but I was able to hear it.
