BEY POV

I had a lot to get done today. After a lot of thinking and a long conversation with Megan, I decided to calm down with me whole revenge plan.

At least for now. I'm still mad.

Revenge would be very counterproductive to my growth. Hurting them isn't going to heal me, it's just going to take me relationship with everyone including my daughter to a point where it can't be fixed.

I thought that was what I wanted but it's really not.

Im not saying I'm going for forgive them and everything's going to be peaches and cream because that's a lie. I think we at least deserve a conversation.

I wanted to get everyone together but I knew I couldn't do it on my own. Nobody trusts me, they all think I'm trying to murder them.

The first place I needed to go to was Blue and Aaliyah's apartment. My new plan is completely centered around Aaliyah, she has to do all the actual work.

I had a key to their apartment because I'm paying rent and I'm scared Blue is going to try to kill herself again and I won't be able to get to her.

I walked into their apartment but I didn't see anyone at first. "Aaliyah!"

I walked more in and Aaliyah was with some boy of their couch.

Her wheelchair was all the way in the kitchen, fast ass.

"Get out." They were both looking at me like they were stuck. Apparently I had to give the boy instructions.

"Who's she?" I don't like him already, he hasn't moved yet.

"I pay rent here so when I say get out, get out. Don't make me tell you again little boy."

"You heard her, get out." Aaliyah threw one of his shoes at him and he caught it.

He stood up and we watched him leave. Embarrassing.

"He's my friend, we were just watching tv."

Just like her and Chris were just talking in that staff bathroom.

"I don't care, I'm not your mom." I said this just to hurt her. "I'm here only because I need a favor."

"What?"

"Well originally I was going to come here and threaten to break your legs but I don't need to do that, right Aaliyah? We would both hate for you to not be able to walk again but permanently this time, we know I could do it."

She looked scared, as she should. "Uh-"

"It's okay, you don't have to talk. Anyway, I just need a really small favor. You know your party you have for the anniversary you have at my house? It's canceled. Instead, you just want to have a small dinner with your family at my house. Nod if you understand."

She nodded.

"Okay, great. Tell you mom she has to come, act like you're sad about being shot or something. Tell her that man isn't welcome in my home and she needs to come alone."

"Are you- are you going to kill her?"

"You don't need to worry your pretty little head about what I'm going to do, sweetheart. I don't trust you anymore."

"Okay."

"I need a couple more things from you, but I'll tell you when I need them."

"Okay."

"Anything happen recently you need to tell me? Anyone pregnant?"

She looked like she just saw a ghost and shook her head no.
