Current Day

Even though Quinn had the same powers as him.

He decided that the best course of action was to blend in.

His cousins were grown and didn't exactly need him.

Or the guidance, he was sent here to provide them.

So all that work his scientific parents put into him would go to waste.

This made him sad.

But what could he do?

He didn't exactly travel millions of miles on a spaceship only to speak corporate jargon, drink coffee recreationally, and break his back working for a self-titled Boss Babe.

He looked at his cousin with such pride.

Kal-el was actively making a difference.

And was shaping the conversation on the planet.

He also seemingly enjoyed his job.

Clark or Kal-el had settled in Metropolis and worked as a reporter.

He was also in a serious relationship with co-worker Lois Lane.

Everything worked out great for him.

Speaking of relationships.

Throughout the years of being on Earth, Quinn discovered something about himself.

Although he loved and adored women.

he was simply not attracted to them.

So he had come out as gay to the people who mattered in my life.

Of course, Ms. Grant would argue that she knew the first time Quinn came in for an interview.

Hence she didn't need to be told that he was gay.

Quinn's job was simple.

He was the junior marketing manager for CAT.CO

He made sure that the company's marketing always remained a top priority.

"Simple, right," Quinn thought to himself.

He was sitting at his desk, pretending to be doing some work.

That's when Kara appeared through the elevator, carrying Ms. Grant's coffee and Breakfast.

Kara would never actually admit it.

But she didn't exactly enjoy her job.

Kara craved adventure.

She more than Quinn wanted to become a hero just like Kal-el.

Unfortunately, heroism didn't pay the bills.

Win immediately stormed her showing her the same thing he had shown Quinn.

"Did you see this," Winn said with excitement.

"There was an armored car robbery last night,"

"There were no witnesses, except for this homeless guy,"

"Who swears the perp had horns,"

"HORNS! Winn said eagerly

"Thanks," Kara said taking files from another one of the employees.

"Like on his head," Winn continued

"I'm telling you they're out there, Aliens! He said enthusiastically still forcing the article onto Kara's eye view

"Winn, there's no such thing as aliens," Kara told him.

This made Quinn smile.

"If only Winn knew how on the ball he was,"
