As the sun rises.

The day went by as it always will, school lessons and work fading into distant memories as i took a slow walk around the park. The dimming sun hung over the city buildings that surrounded the small area of natural land that was yet to be corrupted by the human race. The birds flying high and low, the small mice and voles burrowing into the ground to find their small treats they left for themselves last autumn. The small lake rippled as the water skaters swished around in search of algae to eat. Bubbles appearing every now and then on the surface from the fish that lurked under the reflective surface. I sat down on a near bench and stared into the pinkish blue sunset that had currently settled into the perfect gradient of colours. The quiet atmosphere calmed my heartbeat from the stressful events of the day. I closed my eyes to take a deep breath as the colours surrounded me blended together as the perfect calming view, the last noises smooth and calming as they faded out alongside the colours.

I soon found myself waking up from the sleep my head on what felt like a soft pillow, as i open my eyes i realised i was lying down sideways along the bench, the shining moonlight was blocked out of my eyes by an arm. All of a sudden my confused thoughts but me, why was i on a pillow and why is someone blocking the light for me? As far as i was concerned i was a total stranger to this person. "Oh your awake? That's nice to see." This person said and my eyes focused more and more onto the face of this person, i realised it was girl with short brown hair looking down on my face. I sat up slowly my head leaving the pillow which i now realised were her thighs. "I don't exactly remember what happened but i found you here sleeping and just sat down next to you. You then fell down and rested your head on your lap. Its was really cute Riku." A confused and scared expression made its way to my tired and energy drained face. "How do you know my name? Wait your in my class for uhhh what was it.... Yeah your in my class for animation. Uhmmmm.... Aimi was it?" Aimi smiled as if it meant the world to her that i remembered who she was. Her wide smile revealed impeccable teeth that i had never noticed before, the sun glazing through the small rims on her glasses made small rainbows that danced as she slowly moved her head. Aimi began to talk in a small soft voice that i couldn't make out as if trying to convince herself of completing this conversation. "Could you meet me on the school roof later today. After animation?" 
"Sure thing. I have no plans so sure i will meet you on the roof tomorrow. And thanks for helping me today. I appreciate it." I said trying to smile as brightly as she did before, My hand found itself scratching the back of my hair as i turned and walked away towards my house. All of a sudden Aimi started talking again. "It's around 6am in the morning btw so hurry to get sorted." I looked down at my watch in panic, sure enough i had slept the night away on a girls lap. "Wait i slept the night away on your legs. I'm so sorry." I ran back towards her giving her a hug as thanks for the warning as the dark sky still saw no signs of waking up.
"Oh it's fine it truly is but can you give me this as a reward?" She moved her head in front of mine not releasing the hug as she pressed her rosy lips against mine. The shock that went through me was indescribable and so I just stood there paralyzed by this feeling i assumed was love. "Can i give you that reward again?" I muttered under our breaths as we intertwined our lips and tounges before splitting the hug and kiss and ran to our homes to get ready for the school day.
