Chapter Three

[TIME SKIP]

Saturday 13th November 2021

Two days before my 17th birthday I was sat in Bill's room with all my siblings, my niece, nephew and Oliver, we were talking about what we wanted to do for mine and Bill's birthday as his was on the 29th we decided that on the 22nd of November we will have a family meal and celebrate our birthdays then.

"Melie what do you want for your birthday" Charlie asked

"honestly Charlie I want to spend time with you lot and not have to worry about going to lessons" I replied

"what lessons do you have that day" Bill asked

"defence with Remus, transfig with James, history with Binns and double care with Charlie at least I get good lessons on my birthday" I replied

"I'll make those lessons enjoyable ones Melie" Charlie said

"you bloody better" I replied

"don't worry I will" he responded

"ooh for tea the day of our meal can we do pizzas and a game night" I asked

"would it be a birthday if we didn't" Percy said

"no" I replied

"B do you need any help tonight" I asked

"no go and enjoy your weekend with your friends" he replied

"you sure I honestly don't mind helping" I said

"I'm sure now go have fun" he replied

"bye guys" I said

"bye" everyone replied

So I left Bills room and walked to try and find Mattheo, Lis and Tom. It took me 10 minutes to find them but turns out they were in the Gryffindor common room waiting for me.

"hey guys" I said

"hey Melie" they replied

"shall we go flying for a bit" Mattheo suggested

"yeah lets go change then meet up at the pitch" Lis said

"okay then" Tom and I said

So Lis and I walked up to the top of Gryffindor tower and Mattheo and Tom left and walked down to Slytherin. Lis and I changed into black nike leggings, black nike sports bra, I put Mattheo's hoodie on and Lis put Tom's hoodie on we paired it with our nike air max 270s on then we left the room and began to walk down to the quidditch pitch. As we were approaching the doors of the castle the boys caught up with us and we all walked down together. Once we got there we all grabbed our brooms then mounted them kicked off hard from the ground and began flying around the castle grounds. As we were passing Bill's room I flew closer to the window to see if anyone was in there, and everyone was still in there so I doubled back on myself, flew really close to the window and knocked on it, I was hovering in the air until someone noticed and Gray was the one who came running to the window and was waving his head off. Then began asking Bill if he could come out with us but Bill said no as I was enjoying my weekend with my friends so I waved goodbye and flew away and began flying over the grounds. After a while of flying the sun began to dip and we decided to land so we flew over to the quidditch pitch and touched down.

"that was fun" Lis said

"yeah" Tom replied

"thank you I really enjoyed it" I said

"me too" Mattheo said

"how about we have another sleepover" I suggested

"yeah" Mattheo said
