The promise *On Hold *

You know that feeling you get a few hours after consuming a whole gallon of beer, well let's just say am experiencing that right now.

My stupid friends suggested we get a few drinks (note the sarcasm) for making it to the weekend in one piece,cause the weekend happens to be something to celebrate, yah right.

My head feels like the hulk just took a nap on it and believe me thats not a good feeling, the light from the curtains were shining right into my face and let me tell you that was not helping the situation at all.

"Dorinda, wake up. " The stupid idiot who is the reason for my misery whispered into my ears.

"Wakey wakey. "The fool repeated, how do I make him go away, I really want to ignore him but the fool can be quite annoying.

"Go away."I said, shoving him without opening my eyes to sacred that it might fall out.

"Oh dor, just wake up already." He said. I'm already getting annoyed with the whole situation. This is all his fault we had mad plans to have a sleepover at his place but nooo he wanted us to get drunk over the arrival of the weekend.

"I'm going to pee on your face if you don't get up " Gustavo said flatly. he wouldn't dare

"You would........ " my words got cut short cause I felt the sudden urge to puke. my eye flew open immediately ignoring the effect the sun had on them, I grabbed the closest thing which happened to be Gustavo's new shoe. without thinking I poured out my bacteria right into his shoe.

" eww " Lorina my best friend cooed from Gustavo's bed. Ignoring the she devil I finished up and wiped my mouth with the back of my hands. I was just about to apologize to Gustavo when I noticed that he was in shock, you see Gus is what we like to call a clean freak so I can't begin to describe the look on his face.

"Gus, Gus, Gus " I said, snapping my hands in front of him, but he didn't even blink

"That's bad, that's really bad, you froze him " Amber my other best friend said from the couch opposite to mine. We were currently in Gustavo's room which was super clean like I said his kind of like a clean freak and no his not gay.

"Gus I'm so sorry." I said, but he suddenly jumped from the center table he was sitting on.

"Get that bacteria infested shoe out of my house right now " Gus yelled while pointing towards the door

"Gus am sorry ok. I couldn't help it." I muttered while getting up from the couch.

His eyes softened a bit before he spoke. "Ok, am sorry for overreacting but can you get that thing out of my house." I just nodded and walked towards the door, Amber and Lorina were giggling but I just overlooked them.

I walked out of his room towards the hallway, Gus's house was always empty I mean his parents are never around, they are lawyers and their job takes them to different places. They send money and all that crap but they are never around so Gus practically owns the place and let me tell you his house is gigantic.

I walked down the stairs leading me downstairs, Gus has been friends with us for three years now, we actually became friends when he and Lorina started dating. Lorina and Amber have been my best friends since I took my first step.

I walked out the door leading me outside to the huge parking space, there was a fountain right in the middle of the parking lot and there were different cars in the lot. I walked towards the gate went out and right by the corner the trash bin was there after disposing the shoe I ran back to the house. I was just about to go up the stairs when my head started to ache.

"Thats it I need an aspirin." I said to myself. I walked into the kitchen, went through the cabinet "Got you." I muttered finding the little bottle I was looking for after getting water from the fridge I swallowed the drug and I felt a lot better. I sat on the kitchen island.
