Chapter Seventeen ~ Uzumaki Katarina

Karin's P.O.V.
Karin woke up in the middle of the night, then she just sat on the bed, still holding Sasuke's hand. There she saw Sakura and Naruto sleeping on the other side of the bed. Karin just stared at Sasuke. Then she looked at Sakura. "I'm sorry. I promise, someday you'll have him by yourself." Karin said on her mind, smiling at Sakura. Something was outside the window, it was a crow. She knew it was Itachi, she just stared at it, and when she looked at it in the eyes, Karin felt like she was knocked out, she remembered something. "Those eyes, it looked like the eyes of... The one who killed my parents." Karin said on her mind again. She can't get close to the crow because Team 7 was blocking her way. "Karin." Someone said, it was Sasuke. "Why're you awake?" Sasuke asked "Ahh. Nothing. I just woke up." Karin answered Sasuke. "Look. It's your brother, outside." Karin pointed at the window "Tsk. Just, don't look at it." Sasuke said "You should go back to sleep, Sasuke." "That's suppose to be my line." "Whatever." Karin laid on her bed, but she was still awake, but Sasuke went to sleep. "Uchiha Itachi. So that's what he looked like. Long hair, black cloak, red eyes. Uchiha Itachi... Will I see you again?" Karin said to herself

While everyone was sleeping, like they were dead. Karin managed to get out of her bed. But before Karin went outside, she did something funny for her. She placed Sasuke's hand on Sakura's hand. Karin giggled and blushed. "I'm really sorry. I look like the third party." Karin just giggled, she wasn't even jealous of what she's seeing.

She went out at the window. Went to a beautiful view to see the sun rise. Sat, and kept thinking. "I'm a pain in the ass for Sasuke. I'm always the victim that Sasuke saves. This time, I want to save Sasuke. Uchiha Itachi. Uchiha Itachi. Uchiha Itachi. You remind me of something, but I can't seem to remember. You're beautiful red eyes reminds me of something. What if I die? I guess some people will be happy." Karin blurted it all out "Uzumaki Karin." Karin turned "Uchiha Itachi. What do you want?" "Nothing, I just wanted to see my brother. And meet you." "Since you're here, I wanted to ask you this. Why did you kill your family?" Karin asked "Privacy, Uzumaki." "Why didn't you kill Sasuk-!" "Because I didn't want to." Itachi interrupted

While the two were chatting, Sasuke woke up. And he saw his hands on Sakura's hand. Then Sakura woke up too, their eyes met. They blushed then pulled their hands away from each other. "Why is your hand on my hand?" Sakura asked "I don't know!" Sasuke screamed "You guys. Shut up." Naruto woke up "You did this?!" Sakura screamed at Naruto "What?! What happened?!" "My hands were on Sakura's hand, you idiot!" Sasuke said "What?! I didn't do it! I'm sleeping here!" "Wait where's Karin?!" Sakura asked. Because of their argument, they just realized that Karin was missing.

"You're voice, it sounds like... The guy from the cemetery!" Karin blurted "Oh really?" Itachi took a mask, and putted it on "Do I look like him now?" Itachi asked "You... You Bastard! You're the one who killed my parents!" "I'm sorry we're late, Karin." Someone said from nowhere, it was team 7. "Karin, did he hurt you?" Sasuke asked Karin. "Sasuke. You're eyes. It's red." "Karin, it's natural when he's mad." Sakura said, standing beside her "Sakura, get her out of here. I'll deal with this traitor." "Got it!" "No! Uchiha Itachi! Did you really killed my parents?!" Karin screamed "Shit! She already knows!" Sasuke said on his mind looking at Karin "Here. Have my mask, Uzumaki Karin. Oh, by the way, you really look like, Katarina." Itachi then faded away "Katarina?" Naruto asked "Who's Katarina?" Sakura asked too "Sasuke, do you know something about it?" Naruto asked Sasuke "No. I don't know her." Sasuke answered

Sasuke's P.O.V.
"Uzumaki Katarina." Sasuke said on his mind "Karin." Sasuke looked at Karin, Karin was just staring at the grass, trying not cry. "Karin, let's go home." Sasuke said "Sasuke! Who's Katarina?! I know you know her!" Karin screamed "Should I say it?" Sasuke said on his mind again "Uzumaki Katarina, is your... Sister." Sasuke said "What! I don't have a sister!" Karin blurted, Sakura and Naruto was shocked. "She's your sister. She died when you were little." Karin was trying not cry, but she can't stop it. "Why did she died." Karin asked Sasuke "My brother. Accidentally drained her chakra when she was fighting someone. She has the same power as you. The heal bite." "Itachi?! Again?! What's his relationship with my sister?!" "They were... In love with each other." Karin's eyes grew wider

Itachi's P.O.V.
"Uzumaki Katarina." Itachi said, looking at a memorial. "I found your sister." "Oi Itachi. Stop your drama. I never seen you like this." Kisame said to Itachi "Itachi. Kisame. Let's go." It was Pein "Where are we going?" Kisame asked "Just come with me." Hours passed, they were walking to their hideout. "Itachi. O-ha-yo!" Someone greeted Itachi, it was Tobi "I need that Karin." Itachi said on his mind "Eh? What's wrong? Itachi?" Tobi asked "Just shut up, Tobi." Itachi answered

Kakashi's P.O.V.
"Where are they?" Kakashi asked himself "Probably out playing. They need an exercise." Kakashi went outside the hospital, but the four weren't there. So he searched. and searched, and he finally saw them. "What a beautiful spot to start your day." Kakashi said to the four, they were on the cliff "What happened here?" Kakashi asked "It was Itachi again." Sakura said "Tsk. What happened to Karin?" Kakashi asked again "Kakashi-San, I think we need to eat. Sasuke were heading off. Ja!" Naruto said, then pulled Sakura and Kakashi "What seems to be the problem?" "Karin never knew that she has a sister." "Oh. Uzumaki Katarina?" Kakashi said "You know, Kakashi-San?" Sakura asked "Of course." Kakashi answered

Sasuke's P.O.V.
"Karin. We need to go home." Sasuke said to Karin. Karin picked up the mask. "Uchiha Itachi. You monster." Karin whispered, looking at the mask "Karin." "Do you know where's Itachi's hideout?" Karin asked Sasuke "I know. But what are you going to do?" Sasuke asked "It's something personal, Sasuke." Karin answered "Oh." Karin looked at the view, sitting at the edge of the cliff, where she can see Konoha. Sasuke just stood right beside her, Sasuke reaching out his hands for Karin. Karin just smiled while wiping her tears away. "This is OUR mission to complete." Sasuke said to Karin, she just nodded, then she stood up and hugged Sasuke.
