Fireworks go off. Lips move in sync. Butterflies fill my stomach. This isn't right, he's my best friend, and i mean BEST FRIEND. Were like brother and sister!
We break the kiss and I'm to surprised to say anything.."I'm sorry Jessie, i shouldn't have done that" Niall says, and before i can say anything he's out of my room. I close my eyes realizing what just happened. Niall my best friend just kissed me. On the lips. Do i like him that way? Do i have those feelings?
My mom comes in and asks "whats up with Niall? I just saw him walking out" "uh..i don't know, he had to go back to the guys i guess" i say looking down at my hands."Whats going on?" She asks.."nothing" i reply.
***next day***
"Ms.Parker, when your ready you can leave" the nurse says, i nod and i say "thank you", she smiles and nods and writes some stuff down on the paper and my mom comes in."ready to go home?" She asks, i nod and she helps me up. Still most of my body hurts but they gave me medicine which should help.
I finally arrived home and i sit down on the couch. My mom hands me my phone. No messages from Niall, no calls from Niall. Nothing. I sigh and i go to messages
Me: hey...
Niall: hey
Me: I'm out of the hospital..
Niall: thats great!
Me: yea...can we talk bout what happened yesterday?
Niall: yea, tonight?
Me: yea thats fine, ill see you later
***
"Hey" i say opening the door. "Hey" Niall says, giving me a small smile. I let him in and we sit down on the couch. Far from each other. Why? "Im sorry that i kissed you..i shouldn't have" he says, "Niall, its fine, its just i don't know if i like you or not" i say looking down at my hands. "I know, i regretted it, immediately when i kissed you" he says.
"Could we forget about it for a while?" I ask..he nods and says "yea" i smile and he says "come here" i smile and i cuddle up against him.
