"Loki, it has been two days, I have enough energy to grab it myself" she protested as he picked up the remote that had fallen off the bed.
"Not even an hour ago on your way to the bathroom you almost fell, twice," he says while handing her the remote. Taking it she turns the T.V off and he sits in front of her on the bed.
"And I had you catch me both times, but look I am tired of seeing the inside of my room so-" as she explained that her room slowly changed and a beautiful waterfall appeared in front of her. Everything around her was gone, she could feel the water droplets from the waterfall splash on her arms.
"Loki what did you do, and why are we in Canada"
"I have only ever seen this in books and on that huge box that we watch T.V on, we never left the tower it was only an illusion," he says as colors started to fade and reveal her room.
She looked at him and rolled her eyes playfully. Occasionally he takes things too seriously.
"The team should be back today, so you won't be stuck in your room all day"

The team had arrived at the tower not too long ago and y/n was taking a nap, they all came in to check on her and talked to Loki to see how she was doing, Nat and Tony were trying to get together a surprise for her and that surprise was almost here.
Loki sat on the couch reading a book and every so often glancing at y/n as she slept, a knock on the door pulled him out of his thoughts. Walking to the door he opened it and saw Tony and Nat along with a young female.
"Who is she?" Loki asked looking at them
"I'm MJ and you must be the man that tried to take over New York and failed," she said with a smug look on her face, Loki rolled his eyes and stepped aside to let them in.
"Now I know why y/n hangs around her so much," Tony says walking in.
"She is asleep right now but she should be awake soon Loki," Natasha says, leaving out the door Loki follows them and closes the door behind them.
MJ carefully walks around the room looking around in awe, turning to the bed she noticed y/n had sat up. When she opened her eyes her face went blank.
"I thought you would be happy to see me"
"MJ what are you doing here," she signed with a small smile
"The Avengers kidnaped me" walking up to the bed she smirks
"Wow, they usually don't kidnap kids your age". Taking a seat on the bed MJ gave her a skeptical look.
"The boys have been worried about you"
"I know, tell them I'm fine, I should be back to school when my eyes stop glowing and Bruce clears me"
"Yeah about that, You're a superhero and didn't tell me"
"One I just live with a bunch of superheroes, not one yet, well I guess I am. But either way, I couldn't tell you."
"I know, it's cool to know I'm friends with The Deaf Mutant"
"How did you know that" y/n signed very surprised by her statement
"I have known for a few days now"
"Does anyone else know"
"Nope just me"
"Thanks for helping me"
