"How are you planning to steal the Gnosis?" you ask the indigo haired male before you who was calmly staring outside. Watching the clouds forming into different shapes. The both of you chose to stay in a Minka for the time being far away from the city and in a more private area. The fatui agents also made sure to prepare all the needed materials that the both of you may need for the mission. Leaving immediately after the both of you arrive but not after they both greet the both of you. "I'm not entirely sure. But I'm sure Signora's already on it" he says , placing his enormous hat on the wooden floor. Watching his figure step outside, you couldn't help but glance towards his expression. A sense of familiarity in it. After the past few years of working with the male you came into a conclusion that he was from a foreign country more likely, Inazuma. This was only proven when your one of your comrades told you that it was true. He came from Inazuma, walking like a lost little boy before the Fatui found him. That was all you learned from his past.

Trapped in your own thoughts, you stared at the vase peacefully placed on the table. It was filled with different types of flowers that you couldn't help but awe at its beauty. Closing your eyes you start to think of a strategy where how you can execute the mission without much trouble. You knew that the Traveler and his companion was also here. The last time you faced him was in Liyue, after he defeated Childe much to your surprise. He was strong you had to admit. Fought him once but not strong enough. You knew not to underestimate your opponents when it comes to battle you'll have to be ready by then. How troublesome.

An archon. A being who's almost similar to God. A powerful being who owns a Gnosis. A Gnosis. A thing that each Archon owns to stabilize their own nation. A very powerful material that makes one to be powerful. With so much power contains with so much money and strength. In this world, money is the only thing that keeps you alive. Without it, you're rather much nothing. A nobody. Money is the only thing that keeps your status high. People look up to you for it. Respect you for it. Without it, you're a doormat. A good for nothing creature who was born into this world. That's why you have to think twice before stealing the Gnosis. You're entirely sure the Archon won't give their Gnosis willingly. That would just be stupid. And their strength is very powerful for sure. Might kill you the second you come into view. So you have to be extremely careful.

Too lost in your own thoughts you didn't even notice Scaramouche's presence. Silently examining your figure. His eyes trailed off to every feature in your peaceful face. He mentally noted the calm expression you held. It was a rare sight. Often, it would turn into anger and irritation. Then to a flustered expression. I mean he didn't mind when your face turned red when he starts teasing the hell out of you but he preferred this sight. Cherishing it before it lasts.

Gazing down, he quirked his brow when you're still wearing that thick coat you had when he first met you at the cold lands of Snezhnaya. 'Seriously, I said put on a traditional outfit. She would've just told me that she didn't have one' he thought, a frown coming way to his lips as if realizing something. His eyebrows furrowed when he saw your once peaceful expression scrunched into a troubled one. His frown only deepened at the sight. Raising his hand out he was about to touch your shoulder but stopped. Hesitant, his indigo eyes stared at your figure before continuing his previous action.

Feeling a tap beside you, snapping out of your daydream, you look beside you to be met by Indigo irises staring at your e/c ones. "You seem to be troubled" he commented straightforwardly. Sitting beside you, the aura he gave off was oddly comforting causing your once tense shoulder to relax at his mere presence.  Sighing, through your nose, head lowering slightly as you face relaxed a little. "I'm just thinking of a plan to get the Gnosis" you said earning a hum in response.

"Don't fret. We'll just have to do the task at hand" tilting your head, your head snapped towards the male, curious. "A certain someone gave me an order. They told me to to give some of the Delusions to the resistance" quirking your brow you leaned forward signaling him that you were listening. "A war is happening between Shogun's army and the resistance. This actually gives us the upper-hand. Thanks to the vision hunt decree. The conflict gives us the opportunity to create more delusions " he explains, his eyes darkening a little before turning back to normal.

"How harsh giving the delusions to innocent people. You know the drawbacks of using one" you mused with a light smirk on your face. "Well, at least they'd feel powerful for once. It's just pathetic" Scaramouche shrugs as if it was no big of a deal.

"Due to the conflict, I'm sure the Shogun would be distracted which our trusty colleague, Signora. Would surely take this opportunity and steal the Gnosis on time" your lips turned into a thin line before you bit your bottom lip while playing with the ring on your finger. "I'm not sure about that. I just have doubts" you muttered, worry laced on your tone for your dear colleague. "Don't tell me you're doubting her strengths?" Scaramouche asks with a smirk on his face which you only scoffed playfully. "Of course not" you retorted. "Then stop worrying so much stupid. You'll lose your remaining braincells" tapping your head lightly, you glare playfully at the male causing them to chuckle.

The playful atmosphere was soon interrupted by the sound of knocking on the door. "My lord. My lady, I have news" a voice outside said. Grunting under his breath, his brows furrowed while staring at the door. His smirk quickly turning into a deep frown. Without much of a word, he grabbed his 'hat'. Stepping outside, he closed the door leaving you there all alone on the dim lit room. Disappointment filled your chest but only brushed the feeling off when you stare at the ceiling. His previous words may be reassuring but... you couldn't help but still feel the nagging feeling that something terrible will happen.
