NAGITO K. POV
Woah. That. Just happened.
Someone was actually interested in him, and it didn't seem superficial. Komaeda walked back, passing by an advert for a carnival as he entered the studio, commencing a long day of his work again. Thank god he had tomorrow off. His legs hurt.
He tidied up his room, and got ready to go home. He guided Mr. Cuddles out, along with a shyer calico. Komaeda had named him Honey. Komaeda checked his phone, scanning random notifications, recommended posts, donations/requests on a certain platform (what is it called, fansonly?), seeing a text from Hinata.
hina-kun 🍪: Does tomorrow at 3pm work for you?
He blinked, snapping out of his miscellaneous thoughts. He promptly texted back.
you: of course!! :3
HAJIME H. POV
The brunette was at his home at this point, trying to find out what would work for him, and Komaeda. He had sent him a text a few minutes ago, it was their first text actually.
His phone let out a small "ding!" and he glanced over.
Komaeda: of course!! :3
Even the damn way he typed was adorable to Hinata. I'm so fucked... He sighed, a soft blush on his face even now. Hinata picked up the phone, thinking before texting back.
He should probably set something for Komaeda's icon. Soon. Hopefully.
NAGITO K. POV
He kept walking home with his pets, humming softly. It was a nice evening. It wasn't too dark yet, the breeze smelled of fresh plants, and cooled down the blancette. At least a bit.
He continued texting the brunette, making plans and beginning to just casually conversate.
He was thinking of Hinata. He found Hinata attractive. He was glad Hinata was making the first move. Wait. Wait.
Surely he couldn't just take the café invite and not end up doing anything in return???- Oh my god. Wait. The carnival. He wasn't tired enough to have forgotten that poster. That advert. He could invite Hinata to the carnival. Good thing he didn't mind carnivals all that much, even if some of the rides were anxiety inducing to the blancette.
He blinked, thinking deeper about the carnival. I should just ask him after we hang out, he thought. It could be a bit awkward if we end up not getting along, Komaeda concluded.
