"W-well, I'm not sick or anything, I'm completely normal when I'm talking to you or others, but, when I'm around this person, I will feel flustered and red, I will feel sick at times and feel so ugh.." Shinobu said, Mitsuri said "Ohhh! I think you love someone!"
"Huh, what type of love?!" Shinobu said "Your in love! And whose the person you've been feeling this way towards?" Mitsuri asked. "N-No! I'm not! I'm not in love with that moron! I'm not in love with that idiot!" Shinobu said very flustered. "Is it Douma?" Mitsuri asked. "N-NO!!" Shinobu said very red with her hands cupped in her face, covering her face. "It's ok Shinobu! You don't need to hide it, I'm an expert at this stuff, I'm the Love Hashira after all!" Mitsuri said. No! That's not it! I know it isn't, why would I love that idiot! "Erm..well thank you, I must be going now.." they hugged before they left.
"Shinobu-Chan! Are you ok? You ran off!" Douma said, Shinobu didn't want to look at him again, she was still red, "I-I'm fine.." I need to put this stupid feeling aside! It isn't important right now! I have a lot more things to be thinking and worrying about!
Shinobu continues to her regular daily things to get it off her mind, she continued to train Kanao, Inosuke, Tanjiro, and Zenitsu, and other slayers. She fed her goldfish, watered and planted her gardens. By time passed it was already sunset, she was wondering if Kanae made it to where she needed to go. She sees the man, Sabito, yet again, seeing him with some woman. Oh, I feel bad for Giyuu. Actually not really. She thought. Muichiro came up to me really happy, "Mother Kocho! Look who I have! He is my husband!" Mui holding him by the hand, Genya looking a bit shy. "Oh hello Genya!" Shinobu said happily, the next second Shinobu tugged Genya by the ear, "Listen, I love you and all, but if you hurt my son you will have big consequences! And I'll tell your brother!" Shinobu said glaring at him, the next second she acted like nothing happened and put a smile on her face. "I-I understand Miss Kocho!" Genya said. Muichiro, Genya, and Shinobu continue to talk for a bit, until her crow flies to her.
Shinobu's crow cawed to her saying "Caw! Your sister! Caw! Kanae, is in danger, go over to the temple, Caw! In the flower field!" Shinobu grabbed her sword immediately, she ran to Kanao, "KANAO! Get your sword! Kanae is in danger! Follow me as fast as you can!" Both leave as fast as they could, Kanao never seen Shinobu so fast before. The minutes pass by, each minute the moon rises more. No more light was emitting from the sun, and the moon only got brighter, it was a full moon. The temple in the flower field Shinobu and Kanao were going to was a 2 hour trip, but because of how insanely fast Shinobu, and fast Kanao was it ended up being 20 minutes, and that was by foot. Shinobu was probably the fastest Slayer in history besides Yoriichi Tsugikuni.
Once they found the temple in the field, the scene was admirably beautiful with the moon shining on the field, the flowers were beautiful. But all Shinobu could focus on was Kanae and the Uppermoon. The temple was in the field but far, she traced the scent of blood down with Kanao following behind. She found the temple, all covered in leaves, it looks as old as time, it was clearly abandoned. She rushed into the temple, no presence was there at all, but a smell of blood was. This temple is pitch black, darker than the Mariana Trench..it is scary, but I need to find Kanae! There was a demon here, but it removed it's own presence! Shinobu got to the ground and felt her hand to the ground trying to feel a body or blood, it was too dark to even see anything in the big temple! Shinobu did not want to make any noise, she told Kanao to be as quiet as possible, in case if there was a demon lurking to not give away there sound. After all demons love the dark.
