When You Have A Panic Attack

How do they react to you having a panic attack (and you are most likely on ground)? Y/N means your name if you didn't already know. Some ideas may be repeated but I will try to be original with each one 👌🏼 anyone who struggles with anxiety and anxiety attacks, you are not alone and don't ever believe that you are. 1. Tony Stark/Ironman

- "Jarvis, do Stark protocal"

- comforts you by holding you close to his chest

- has room closed off from others to give you privacy

- goes and lays down with you in bed so you can rest

- "I get them too. It's going to be okay."

2. Steve Rogers/Captain America

- "Y/N!"

- runs straight to you and gets down on his knees to where you are

- gently holds your face in his hands as he makes you look into his eyes

- offers to listen if you need it

- holds you close to him

3. Thor/God of Thunder

- immediately worried about you

- runs to you and puts his hand on your shoulder as he helps you up

- takes you somewhere private to comfort you

- sits with you in case you wanna talk about it

4. Bruce Banner/Hulk

- "it's okay, I get them too."

- talks to you about his panic attacks to try and comfort you

- holds your hand

- sits with you in silence while you calm down

5. Natasha Romanoff

- holds your face up to look he in eyes

- rubs your arms and shoulders

- talks to you gently in a comforting way

6. Clint Barton/Hawkeye

- "listen to my voice, baby. It's okay."

- he puts a warm blanket around you for comfort

- makes you a cup of coffee or hot chocolate

- offers cuddles

- immediately crying at the sight of your distress

- makes you tea

- uses her magic on you to understand what you are feeling/going through
