Chapter 6

Everyone was staring at us like we just punched an innocent child between us. Nobody spoke, nobody moved, only Chris who is crazily laughing while resting his hands on my shoulder. Finally, I had the urge to look at him. Nagkatinginan kami. Binigyan ko siya ng isang tingin na tila 'I am going to kill you' stare. But instead of saying that it is joke, he then leaned towards me. His cheeks were rested on mine while his lips were caressing my ear.

"Makisama ka na lang. I'll explain why later." He said with raspy voice. I gulped, it seemed very serious.

"We're just going on a night date. See you back at the hotel!" I said and as about to run.

"You told us that you and Chris aren't even friends. And now, you two are boyfriend girlfriend? It doesn't make any sense, anak."

"Mom. I lied to you. To all of you."

"Uh-huh..." She raised a brow.

"We are in a relationship for two days now and I was just really shy on telling you because Chris here doesn't make time for me so I'm not really sure if we are a hundred percent official. " Nakita ko kung paano naging masama ang tingin nila sa kanya. I removed my hands on him and started to fake tears. "I just don't know if we are—"

"We are real. What do you want me to do, to say, to buy in order for you to feel that way? Hmm?"

"Two pairs of Gucci heels, five bags from Chanel and some jewelry from this story from ig. She loves them. And maybe you can fly her o Paris to just take a kissing picture at front of the Eiffel Tower." Uno said while sneaking something in Chris' shirt. I glared at him but he just shrugged and gestured something to Chris.

Chris went to me and kneeled down! "Wait! Wag mong sabihin na mag pro-propose ka na? At this state and condition?" Mom asked hysterically. My eyes widened too but he just chuckled.

"No, Madam. I am kneeling because I want to apologize on how I acted towards your daughter. Tia, my sugar pie, please forgive me. "

"Sugar pie? That's so cringe," said someone.

"Pero kapag galing sa isang Villamor? Call me whatever dessert you like, " said the other one.

I rolled my eyes at them and smiled flakily at Chris. "Stand up, Chris, my honeybun." His eyebrows furrowed but I didn't care. He stood up and kissed my cheeks that made it super-hot and I know it's flaming red right now. Mommy giggled and whispered something to Dad. "You may take my daughter elsewhere but make sure she comes back before midnight. You have, two hours? Kasya na iyon sa kung ano ang gagawin niyo." And just when I thought things were going great.
