COMMENT AND...YEAH :)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The fourth and fifth period finished in a flash. First day of school and I have a bad reputation. I hope things wouldn't get worse from here on. I played with my hair as I stepped out the school.

I walked to the elementary which mum works at now. I was trudging slowly, tired from walking around and getting lost. I was moving along like a turtle until I heard another set of foot steps behind me. I stopped and cracked my knuckles, ready for whatever was coming my way. I turned around and saw nothing but the trees and my school in the back.

"Hmmmm..." I turned back and quickened my pace towards the elementary. Once I reached the elementary I walked towards my mum's class. The bell rang, indicating another end to a day of school. The little children ran out, with their bags, screaming and laughing, welcoming the end of school. My mum walked out, smiling as if they were her own kids.

"Aren't they so cute?" She asked.

"Yeah," I beamed, "they are." Suddenly, out of nowhere, the guy from this morning came out. His name was Mike Sterling as Penelope had said at lunch.

"You," he pointed at me, "I challenge you to a bet and whoever doesn't win will have to be the slave to the other for a whole year." That was random. I raised an eyebrow.

"How'd you know I was here?" Mike cleared his throat.

"I kinda followed you here." He blushed from embarrassment.

"Now young man, I don't want you going around, challenging girls to a bet nor following them." Mum said in her disapproving tone. The guy, Mike, stood there, staring at my mum, his finger still pointing at me. He is... popular? I thought. What do the girls see in him?

"YOU." He suddenly said aloud, now pointing at my mum, "I remember you! You're that lady who pushed me down that snowy mountain 10 years ago!" Shocked, my mum scoffed.

"Aren't you accusing the wrong person? I don't remember pushing a snobby kid like you down a mountain, I even remember going to one." My mum's lies were so obvious. She would cross her arms and look at something else, rather than the person she is talking to. Then some thought hit me hard.

"That means YOU ARE the one who tripped me over and made me cry." He blushed lightly.

"Yeah, but it was a dirty trick to tell your mum!" He snapped back. I groaned.

"We are so not doing this right now." I said as I turned around, sick with his childishness.

"Fine, tomorrow!" He yelled back at me as he turned, hyped up and ran towards the exit of the elementary.

I turned back to my mum who was now talking to a pair of twins, a boy and a girl. They were wearing cute little suspenders and a hat. I walked up to them and saw that they each had a pair of blackish-purple eyes which reminded me of someone but I couldn't quite put my finger on whom.

"Our broda said dat he would bick us up eberyday." The little girl said. I stood there, next to my mum and awed at them. Then I remember I had two lollipops in my bag which I put in there so I could have to relax me if I was stressed. I took it out and handed it to them.

"Shank you," they said, smiling at the treasure I offered them.

"You're welcome," I said, grinning.
