"Shu, are you sure you want to drive? You've been telling me about how scared you are..."
Shu paused and nodded, he was currently in the driving seat. They took baby steps like how to turn the car on and what the buttons did
"I think im ready to go on the road now!"
Shu said confidently, I mean he just now knew how to turn a car on but he could just feel it
Shu finally drove out of the driveway, Luca was there to teach him. He didin't really know why he wanted to drive so badly this week.
He slowly drove on the road, he was starting somewhere easy their townhouse. Their village was formed into a circle so practicing in it would be perfect
Suddenly Shu stopped the car full on stepping on the brake with no warning
"Woah! Is everything okay?"
Shu was scared because there was a cat crossing the road, he was scared he might hit it
"It'll run away by the time you get there Shu..."
Shu started to drive again, a little bit faster this time. The cat already got away
This was pretty easy! He was getting the hang of it
Until...
"Luca I think I can exit the townhouse now, and go to the actual road"
Shu said
"Shu... Your definetly rushing things... You did really well and handled situations well!"
Except the parts wherein he almost bumped into a tree
"Maybe we should go home now... We'll try again tommorow!"
Shu had a frown on his face
When they turned the car around, they saw another car which scared Shu
"What do I do Luca??"
Shu panicking
"Umm, just park at the side for a second and let hin pass"
Shu does what he's being told and finally after what felt like forever they reached home
"That was tiring..."
Shu said knocked out, he lied himself on the bed
"Why did you want to learn driving anyways? You said you've always feared it"
Luca asked
"Well... When you said we we're going on vacation the place we were going to was a 7 hour drive... I was just trying to learn so maybe I can switch with you-"
Luca chuckled
"Shu it's fine... Driving wont kill me! I love you with all my heart and if it means driving for hours for you, I'd do it"
Luca said smiling and hugs the boy
"it's not for free of course, hehehe~"
Shu looked up and was confused
"You have to give me kisses and cuddles when we get to our destination"
Luca said
They both ended up laughing
Who knew driving in your townhouse would take an hour for you to make a lap around it...
