It was Mysta's birthday tommorow! As a good boyfriend, Vox had to buy a gift for the other and he did. He bought him a box of chocolates and he planned on treating him out on dinner after giving him the gift
He put the chocolates in the freezer so that it would be ready tommorow
It was past 11 PM, Vox and Mysta both took day offs from their streams to celebrate his birthday. In secret of course
Mysta was already sleeping covered in the sheets of their bed, Vox went to the bathroom and got ready for bed aswell
He got in bed trying not to wake up the other and immediately fell asleep, he also irresistably wrapped his arms around the other as if he was a teddy bear

Vox woke up but Mysta wasn't in bed anymore, but he heard him in the kitchen.
He got in the bathroom to get ready first and greeted his boyfriend happy birthday
"Happy birthday Mysta! Where do you want to eat out later?"
Mysta picked his favorite restaurant as Vox went to check on the freezer to see that the fridge was empty!
Where did his gift go? He blinked twice to make sure if it really wasn't there
...
...
It really wasn't! He was sure that he put it in the freezer yesterday
He would feel so bad if he isn't able to give any gifts to the one he loves the most
He immediately went out and said he'd take a morning stroll, that was a lie he'd wanted to see if the local giftstores we're open
He ran as fast as he could and put 5 different giftstores on track with Google maps
He got no luck, everything was closed considering it was only 7 AM. Shops normally open when it's 8 AM already
But he couldn't let any time pass because he wanted the other to have the best day of their life
So he went back and sucked it up, he thought he'd just tell the truth to Mysta about what happened and see what unfolds
He ran back to the house exhausted with sweat glistening over his skin
He went to Mysta and explained what happened
"Hey so... About your gift, I was supposed to give you a box of expensive chocolates you have wanted to try... I put it in the freezer the day before and suddenly now it's gone..."
Vox said in a sad tone
Mysta face suddenly jolts up
"Wait the chocolates in the freezer? The one in the brown and pink box?"
Mysta asked
"Yeah, how'd you know? Did you see it anywhere"
Vox asked
"Well... I might've already ate a lot of them all... I was excited and wanted to try one but it was really good!"
Mysta said trying to excuse himself out of his action
"It's alright, I was giving it to you at the end of the day anyways"
Vox chuckled
