Percy dashed off like lightning moving from side to side trying not to get hit by foxy's troublesome devil fruit power which slowed down time for someone, he created a water barrier and then when foxy got close he released its power and allowed the water to take foxy out. Percy dashed through clapping nami's hand and allowing her to take off.
Percy: okay lemme help you Luffy, it's kinda like ice skating just imagine ur gliding, one two like this, and then bend your legs and push off so you have much speed but don't use your legs too much or you'll get tired out.
Luffy: y-yeah i think i get it, thanks perse!
Percy: no problem.
(Five minutes later)

Percy: LUFFY BEND, BEND! NO NOT LIKE- YOU'RE GOING THE- i need a drink.
Usopp: t-this i-is bad
Nami: at this rate, we'll lose both Percy and chopper!

It was until Luffy used his devil fruit powers to push himself without falling that they actually had a chance at winning and for the first time they had won however, Luffy had took the horse and not the saddened reindeer.
Percy: luffy-
Luffy: Hm?
Percy: aren't you forgetting something?! 💢
Luffy: OH CHOPPER!
Strawhats: YOU IDIOT!
Percy: we'll just have to get him next round...
Percy ended up falling asleep, and had to make up for it by doing a race upon the hills, which he didn't mind but was concerned because zoro would he doing it with him. However percy's skills of parkour and speed didn't frighten him.
(Flashback)
Percy age 5 was jumping on the buildings of a town his dad and crew stopped by, as Ben was trying to catch him, they had agreed to go to the library however, Percy thought he'd get there just as quicker if he jumped on the buildings.
Ben: perse! Get down here!
Percy: don't wanna!
Ben: Come on you're going to hurt yourself!
Percy jumped down from the building and into bens arms as he was tickled.

Ben said as carried Percy to the book store.

Percy checked his watch then put it back in his pocket.
Percy was up against this girl, now at first it was suppose to be him and zoro, but he had forgotten zoro's immense skill of loosing direction so he decided to do it on his own.

Percy sprinted jumping on each mountain before the girl could get at full speed.
