Love Story

"Good morning" Damon says.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
"Getting in Stefan's head" he says I roll my eyes. Stefan wakes up in a sweat.
"Bad dream?" Damon asks.
"Damon" I warn.
"You need some human blood Stef might even the playing field, football reference, too soon?" Damon says. I hit him in the back of the head.
"Ow" he says, I roll my eyes.
"I know that didn't hurt" I say, Stefan throws a knife to Damon's shoulder unfazed Damon pulls it out.
"Okay I deserved that but I just wanted to let you know they caught the culprit" Damon says, Stefan and I look at Damon confused. "The animal responsible for killing coach Tanner and all those people, it attacked a hunter this morning" he says, I Scoff.
"Why would you cover your tracks?" I ask.
"I decided to stay awhile and I'm just having way too much fun here bonding with you two" he smirks, I roll my eyes.
"You can't touch Elena" Stefan says.
        "Well the vervain keeps me out of her head maybe that's not my target" he smirks looking over at me.
        "Don't you dare touch Jeremy, or I will kill you and I'm not afraid of you" I say, I walk out of the room carrying a bracelet for Jeremy that has vervain.
      "Hey Jere" I say walking up to him at the grill.
     "Hey Scar" he says back.
     "I got this for you" I smile.
    "A bracelet?" He questions.
      "Let's just say a friendship bracelet" I smile, he nods.
      "I'll never take it off" he smiles, and I smile back to him.
      "Thank you for the other night Scar" Jeremy says.
      "Of course that guy is an ass" I say.
      "How's Vicki" I ask, he shrugs.
      "Haven't seen her" he says.
      "Oh there she is" I say.
"You treat me like trash" she says to Tyler.
"I don't think your trash" he says and I roll my eyes and look at Jeremy.
"Would you like to go with me to the founders party" he asks.
"No it'll be stupid and lame" she smiles.
"Yeah but it'll be less stupid and lame if you're there" he says and walks away.
"Don't fall for it" I say, she rolls her eyes.
"Screw you Scarlett, why do you care?" She asks, I roll my eyes.
"I'm not aloud to care?" I question, she shakes her head.
"You're the new girl, believe me Tyler is seeking revenge for what you did" she says and I laugh.
"I'm so scared" I say sarcastically.
"Scar" Jeremy starts, and I turn to him.
"I'm sorry Vicki I've just been in your situation and I don't wanna see you get hurt, you don't deserve that" I say, she goes back to work.
"Anyways I got to get home" I say leaving, Jeremy watches me confused. I walk in to uncle Zach on the ground in pain.
"Oh my god, are you okay, what happened?" I ask, Stefan also walks in.
"Damon" he says, I roll my eyes.
"Stefan we have to do something about him" I say.
"Vervain" Zach says.
"Yes that's it, it will weaken him" I say.
"Where is the vervain" Stefan asks.
"The basement" he says. "I'll go get some" Zach says.

"Do they still wear ties to this thing?" Damon asks.
"Why are you even going" I ask.
"It's fitting since we were at the very first one" Damon says, I roll my eyes.
"Stefan have I driven you to drink" Damon says.
        "Here Damon want a drink" I say with a straight face handing him the glass. Damon acts like he's about to drink it then pours it out.
        "Nice try, vervain in the drink" Damon smirks.
       "Was worth a shot" I shrug smiling.

Jeremy and I walk up to the Lockwood reference.
"Hey mayor Lockwood" Jeremy says.
"Hey guys come on in" he says, I smile, as we walk in.
"Hey Jeremy see you brought your girlfriend" Tyler jokes i role my eyes.
"I would be very careful Tyler" I warn, he laughs walking off. Jeremy smiles at me, I laugh.
"You really have scared him away" Jeremy laughs, I smile. I walk up to Damon, Stefan, Elena and Caroline, they were talking of the past.
        "Ugh I wanna dance and Damon won't dance with me" Caroline sighs, Damon shakes his head and I laugh to myself. "Can I borrow your date" she asks Elena, Elena and I look at Stefan.
"I don't really dance" he says.
"Oh sure he does" Damon says.
"Is it okay with you Elena" Caroline asks, Elena looks at Stefan.
"It's up to Stefan" she says.
"Well I'm not taking no for an answer" Caroline says pulling Stefan away from us, I laugh.
"I wanna apologize for the other night for being a world class jerk, when I tried to kiss you it's no excuse, my therapist says I'm acting out trying to punish Stefan" Damon says to Elena, and I roll my eyes.
"It's like Katherine all over again" I say under my breathe. Damon hits my arm to tell me to shut up. Elena looks at me.
"What happened to her?" Elena asks me.
"She died, she was murdered in cold blood" I say with tears in my eyes, Damon looks at me.
"You must've really been close with her" Elena said.
"I loved, I love her" I say, wiping my tears and Damon looks confused. My brothers never knew of Katherine and I, almost like forbidden love, she never had to compel my love, but Stefan always got in my way, she loved us both.
