⁵ The Decision

"I can't believe you break in here!"

"That's so cool!"

"Thanks"

"No not cool, Lydia!" Peter wishpered yelled, Enzo was smiling at her. Lydia shurgged her shoulders, "what? I wanted information" she folded her arms and leaned against the wall. The triplets were in a room right next door to the avengers. Peter sighed, Enzo bugged him in the ribs playfully "oh come in pete, she finally broke her record" Enzo said.

Peter looked over at Enzo and Lydia with wide eyes "this happened before?" He asked in a high pitched voice. Lydia groaned "thanks alot Enzo" she said. He held his hands up in defense "hey! I thought you told him."

The door opened, making all three kids turn and look over. Tony and Steve walked into the room, Peter straighten up and looked over at them. He gave them an awkward wave, Enzo slapped his hand down "what are you doing?!" He whispered to peter, who just shook his head "I don't know!" Peter said panicked. Tony and Steve looked at the two and shook their heads "now breaking in wasn't part of the deal, I'm sure" Steve said while pulling up at chair and sitting down. The kids teens looked at each other "well, actually that part wasn't mentioned" peter said, Tony went to speak but re thought his words "okay, but I really didn't think you would break in"

"Only she did" Enzo said pointing over at Lydia, she gasped "that is so not fair," the kids started to argue, Steve looked over at tony "are you sure this is a good idea? I mean, look at them, this is crazy?!" Steve said.

He was against the idea of bringing more teens into this, one was enough to babysit. But four? He couldn't do it "well, it'll work, I mean it worked for Bartons kids right?" Tony said.

He was all for the idea of bringing the kids into this. They were very capable and could take care of themselves. He hoped at least. He knew there would be times were they would come in handy.

The door was threw open by the rest of the team, the teens kept on talking maybe even yelling over each other. Jack kept his eye on the young girl in the group, he noted that her hair was mid length and shiny. Her eyes were green with a hint of brown. His dad, Clint Barton noticed his son's smile tho.

"Are they also going to be like this?" Bruce asked while looking at the kids, Wanda and Jack said the same thing "probably' tony walked over to the rest of the team "this is still a bad idea" Natasha said "but Jack is doing great on the team" Tony said. He didn't understand why the team was so against having the parkers on the team, there was already one, so why were they mad about more?

"Yeah, and I could teach them some stuff and things like that" Jack said. He really was hoping that they agreed, he wanted to talk to kids his age reather then just his siblings, but he didn't see them offended. And he also wanted to talk with the girl, whom names he just now learned (thanks to tony) was Lydia.

Clint get the kids to quite down a bit. They brought the kids into the meeting room and made them sit down. Jack sat down next to Lydia, she didn't even look at him. His smile dropped.
Tony grabbed a remote and turned on the TV. Slides from their missions showed up and flashed across the screen.

Peter leaned forward "wow! That's so cool" he mumbled, Enzo shurged, but he was secretly impressed by what he was seeing. Lydia on the other hand, her face was empty of any emotion. She was impressed but it did look dangerous, and she wasn't so sure if agreeing was going to be the safe and right thing to do. They were doing just fine on their own, without any fancy stuff.

Wanda read her mind and quickly reassured the teens. She had nothing against them, she didn't even know them well enough for that. She didn't want them to join because she had joined the team and lost her twin brother. Petro. She saw and could sense how close the three were. Because just like her and petro, they only had each other. They lost their parents then their anut and uncle.
But if Wanda didn't join she wouldn't have met Vis.

"Could we have a minute?" Enzo asked the team nodded and left. He turned to look over at his brother and sister "so, I think we should join," peter nodded "yeah," Lydia thought it over. She sighed "fine, but if any of us get hurt, can we quit?" She wined. The boys smiled and jumped over the table to hug their little sister "your the best sister ever!" They yelled.

She smiled and wrapped her arms around them. They pushed open the door and looked at the rest of the avengers.

"We'll join" they said.

Tony and Jack smiled. Wanda was happy but she was also scared, joining this team ment their was going to be a lot of deaths and tears. Lydia had a sicking feeling in her stomach. One that was telling her that not all of them were going to make it out if this alive, if they all make it out at all.
