The four teens were sitting in the living room watching TV when tony came in pissed of "I thought we had a meeting?!" He said loudly, scaring the kids. Lydia looked over "why are you yelling?" She asked "just get to the meeting room" tony sighed. Enzo, peter, and Lydia looked at him with raised brows "what now?" Tony asked "we don't know where the meeting room is mr.Stark" peter said. Tony mentioned for them to follow him and they got up from the couch to do just that.

Tony allowed Jack to follow them to the door of the meeting room "you, you can wait out here or something" tony said before shutting the door in his face. He turned to look at the three teens. Lydia was leaned against the back wall with her arms crossed and Enzo was sitting in a chair with his hands behind his head and his feet on the table. Peter was the only one who was actually sitting down and ready to hear whatever it was Tony had to say.

"Now there are going to be rules, is that clear?" He asked "yes Mr. Stark" Peter said, and the other two nodded. "Training is basically everyday and don't be late, you'll have training partners but I'll let cap go over that with you, you guys need to go to school everyday-" Enzo cut him off "what about Saturday and Sunday?" He asked with a smile "did you want to go to Sunday school?" Tony asked "not really" Enzo said unamused.

Tony nodded and continued "I expect you guys to clean up after yourself and don't eat all the food in the compound, we don't need another jack" tony said the last bit under his breath "you guys won't be going on missions until I say so" tony decided to make that clear, incase the kids thought they could just tag along whenever they wanted "wait why?" Peter complained "I'm happy with that one" Enzo said. Lydia had no complains once so ever, she was actually happy with that on rule. It kept her and her brothers safe, at least for a small amount of time.

"Because I said so, now moving on, there will be no parties or any big gathering in the compound is that understand?" Tony asked and they nodded. Peter was a bit upset about not being able to fight just yet but stayed silent. After tony finished explaining the rules and other things to the teens they were free to go, much to their relief. "I didn't know how much longer I could fake interest in what he was saying" Enzo whispered "you never have any interest in any conversation unless it as to do with you or your girlfriend" Lydia said.

Enzo shurgged "and?" He asked "and that's why your probably going to fail school" peter said opened the door "oh, and stay away from the pop tarts, thor loves them!" Tony called after the kids.

Lydia walked into the kitchen and saw Wanda cooking something. "Oh hey, are you hungry?" Wanda asked while looking through the cupboard for an ingredient "sure, can I help?" Lydia asked. Wanda grabbed what she needed and nodded "of course, I'm making spaghetti." And so the two of them got to making dinner for the rest of the compound.

Wanda and Lydia asked each other questions and then answered them, it was like 21 questions just with more questions. "Are you an only child?" Lydia asked, she had wondered what it would have been like if she was an only child often. But it never really lasted long, no matter how much she and the boys fought and said they hated each other it wasn't true. She couldn't imagine life without them. Wanda froze for a bit but then went back to working "I had a twin. He's name was Petiro."

Lydia nodded "where's he now?" The girl asked not knowing how much it hurt Wanda. "It doesn't matter, where did you learn to cook?" She asked, trying to change the subject. Lucky for her Lydia get the massage and didn't push for more answers, no matter how much she wanted to. "It was self taught, I had to learn after our aunt May died, one of us had to if we wanted to live." Lydia replyed.

Lydia was about to turn off the lights when there was a knock on her door "yeah?" She called out, the door opened slowly and peter walked inside. She sat up and patted the spot next to her. Peter hadn't come into her room since they were five, and it was always something bad that brought him there. "What's the matter Pete?" She asked as he sat down next to her "I can't sleep, every time I close my eyes I see that night" he said. She sighed "I wish I could say it gets easier but it doesn't" Lydia and peter sat there in silence.

"Do you wish things were different, that we were normal?" Peter asked his sister "more then anything, but we're not, and we have to live with that" Lydia said. Peter nodded, he knew she was right but that didn't stop him from wondering what it would be like to have parents or to not have the powers that they did. Sure they were great, at times but other times not so much. He wondered what his life would have looked like if the man had just never came for them, if they had just left his family alone like promised.

But Lydia always said that wishing and wondering never got you anywhere except being sad and depressed. And she was right, just like she normally was.

Peter felt a weight on his shoulder and looked over to see Lydia had fallen asleep on it. He placed her head on the pillow then silently left the room.

He made it back to his room without waking up the whole of the compound. He got under the covers and turned off the light. He closed his eyes and tried to find a different memory, a happy memory to think of before falling asleep.
