"five, six, seven, eight!"
a group of five girls dance with all their energy giving off an excellent presence and the loud cheers of the staff echoed through the practice room. the girls had to give it their best since they were performing in front of their ceo.
the music came to an end and the five girls ended in their poses. cheers filled the practice room, "amazing girls! that was amazing!" exclaimed the ceo of cosmo entertainment; kang hyejin,
the five girls out of breath but smiling widely feeling overjoyed that their boss was satisfied with their practice.
"you girls are definetly ready to debut! i appreciate how hard you guys have worked to get to here! i love each and every one of you and i loved seeing how much you guys grew as a team. group hug!" announced hyejin as she pulled the girls into a hug.
"thank you so much hyejin! we love you!" exclaimed the five girls as tears erupted out of their eyes.
hyejin treated her idols as her own children. she had close relationships with everyone under her company. she allowed everyone call her hyejin due to her not wanting to just be their boss, but also like their family.
kang hyejin became a very successful woman at such a young age. after graduating from maecheon high school hyejin studied hard to start her career in the entertainment business.
after speaking to her new girl group that she formed she made her way out of the practice room with her well trusted best friend and assistant; choi beomgyu.
"okay hyejin, so tomorrow girls have to go into the studio for hair and make up at seven am, then shoot their music video, they'll be shooting that for the week, then it'll be the music video release and debut showcase in two months." explained beomgyu as his eyes scrolled down the clipboard he was holding.
"yes! alrighty, cool gyu, thank you for the updates." sighed hyejin as she sent beomgyu a smile.
beomgyu sent his best friend a nod, "alright so need me to do anything else?"
"uh yes can you please inform my girls to get ready because at seven thirty i want to take them out for dinner." ordered hyejin as she entered her office.
"got it! alrighty, is that all?" questioned beomgyu as he tapped his pen lightly on his lips.
"for right now yes! thank you so much gyu! ugh this has been a hectic week." sighed hyejin as she sat down at her desk logging into her computer.
"tsh yeah i know, but since you're an amazing boss, you make things go smoothly," said beomgyu, "we need more people like you."
what beomgyu said, is true. hyejin is the type of boss that truly cared for her idols. she knew what was right and what was wrong. that's one of the reasons why her company became one of the biggest ones.
