It may not seem like it is out of the blue, but from what Caitlin had said, I couldn't believe what I just heard from her but it is already believable. Caitlin went through a hell of a torment in her own room, in her house and this freakishly weird monster had somehow put a lot of torment and pain. Caitlin looks completely distressed and is in a desperate time of getting to the hospital, there isn't much space when it comes to a person's body that is broken in a cluttered house like mine or from here.

"So what do we do?" Lexie asked, then suddenly everyone in the room heard a dark screeching roar from upstairs. All of us here on the main floor looked shocked and tried not to show or feel any kind of fear to prevent getting attacked by this freak.

I'm sure that Caitlin would be mad at me, but I couldn't care about that, she has every right to be mad but I'm not. Currently I have to make a move to make sure that Nick is okay and the four girls here, so it seems likely that I'm going to make the same mistake again and go into his room blindly.

I stood up and looked at Caitlin, Lexie, Alice and Jessica as they all looked at me with confusion. Caitlin's expression showed that she knew what I was about to do and I don't even blame her on that note.

"Don't you-" Caitlin started but I quickly interrupted her sentence.

"Too bad, you are all staying down here" I said firmly.

I may be reckless but I still wouldn't even care, I lost any hope of my self esteem and the problem of my self harm, only because it will never end and so on into the future. I took off running towards the stairs and went up in a matter of seconds, I had no time to throw a fight towards three girls and one who is now in imperial pain.

"Jon!" Jessica shouted at me with frustrations from a distance as I headed up the stairs, but I had to keep the girls safe from whatever is plaguing Nick. I have to do my best and keep on making the mistakes that I would believe to be the right thing.

I grabbed the door knob and pushed it to let me in, but something was likely trying to keep me out since it wasn't budging.

"Fuck..." I cursed in frustration and knew that I had to do it the hard way, by ramming my right shoulder against the door and so I tried doing that two times. BANG! BANG! I may have to do it a few more times to get the door open, I took a few steps back and took a few seconds to breathe, then I ran towards the door and mysteriously when I was about to do it a third time, the door just swung open like how it was doing hours ago before I blacked out with a painful and splitting headache.

I opened Nick's bedroom door with my right hand on it, the door had a soft marbled feeling against my hand and how it was creaking slowly towards the opposing side of the wall. This time I did turn on the light switch and didn't see Nick in his bed, which confused me but when I took a few more steps inside his room, I can hear some gurgling sounds and that wasn't all, I can hear choking and pounding sounds at the end of his bed and underneath his window.

When I saw Nick, it was like he was fighting something off and when I saw what was happening, everything just suddenly stopped out of nowhere, Nick had his hands on the front of his neck which moved down to his chest and then to his stomach to relax right there, I noticed the detail that something was wrapping around his neck to choke him, as it showed a red mark around his neck which proves it. I saw something black that looked long like a tiny thin insect leg near Nick's lips as if he was eating it, unless it was the opposite way and whatever it was...it was forcing its way into Nick's mouth and I didn't exactly see what it was that got into Nick's mouth. Nick just slumped or leaned back against the wall and the end of his bed, other than looking tired...his eyes vanished from a pitch black color and back to the white of his eyes along with his blue irises.
