The Robot And Family

Mechanic pt.1

Xui looked out into the rain, looking for anything that looked like a mechanic workshop.

"Sideswipe stop!"Xui yelled as spotted what resembled a mechanic.

Sideswipe slowed to a stop and opened his passenger door, Xui was about to come out,
Bark was about to step out after her but she
stopped the bulldog.

"No Bark, you stay here, I don't want you catching a cold."

The bulldog's head dropped and he let out a sad whimper.

"Keep Sideswipe company for me Bark, I love you, you understand."

The bulldog raised it head and Xui gave the dog a hug before coming out completely and shutting the door.

The rain beat her, wetting her hair and her clothes, she suddenly felt cold.

I hope I don't catch a cold, she though as she wrapped her arms around herself and begun to walk towards the mechanic workshop.

'Don's mechanics'

It read on a wet wooden sign board, she hopped over the small wooden fence, the rain making her almost slip and fall into the mud.

She caught herself and glanced behind her to see Sideswipe turn on his headlights for her to see in the rain.

She saw the mechanic was closed but saw a
far away wooden house, she walked to it all   the while shivering from the cold.

She reached the house and knocked on the door, a middle aged man opened the door and Xui made an awkward grin and waved her hand.

"Hello, my car broke down and it needs fixing, you're mechanic right."Xui asked.

"Yes, where are is your car?"The man asked.

Xui gestured to Sideswipe in the fields, the man sighed.

"Get her in."

Xui's mouth semi dropped and she shook her head in shock.

Did he just call Sideswipe a she?

"Alright Sideswipe, take it easy, Don said he would fix you first thing in the morning."Xui said as Sideswipe drove into the man who had called himself Don's garage.

His passenger door opened and Bark hopped out.

"There you are boy,"She said, rubbing Bark's head."Did you keep Sideswipe company?"

"Your dog almost pooped on my floor mats."Sideswipe said.

"Opps, sorry Sideswipe."
