While Micheal was out in Las Vegas Antonella stayed back at home and while at home Antonella was beginning to not feel so good. With her waking up feeling quite sick, vomiting, and not being able to keep a meal down. And all she wanted to do was eat and sleep.
And the house noticed. Especially, Vito and his wife. However, Mama Corleone knew it as soon as she heard Antonella throwing up in the middle of the night.
She even had weird cravings wanting ice cream in the middle of the night and at times so much food for breakfast and dinner.
She talked to Michael once he landed in Las Vegas asking him to bring her back a gift which he agreed to even though he was already going to surprise her.
As night fell Antonella woke up feeling like she had to throw up so she went to the restroom and handled her business and fixing herself up. However, once she got out she noticed that Carmela was up and outside the bathroom door.
"Oh I'm sorry if I woke you," Antonella said as Carmela shook her head.
"It's fine dear are you feeling okay," She asked as Antonella looked down and then up with a smile.
"Yes I'm fine, just been having stomach problems I guess," Antonella said as she started to walk back to her room.
"You know...the last time I had stomach problems 9 months later I had Connie. You might want to see a doctor about that sweetheart," Carmela said so Antonella could hear and once she did it made her freeze after going into her room.
Could she be with child.
"Maybe just to be safe I should go to the doctor, but I don't want anyone to know," Antonella thought so she made a phone call to Sonny's Widow wife, Sandra for help.
"Sandra...Hello. This is Antonella, and I'm calling to ask for your help," Antonella said explaining everything to her as Sandra agreed to help her and so they planned for tomorrow early in the morning to go see since in the afternoon Michael will be back home.

That afternoon once she came from the doctor she waited for Micheal to return and once he did she smiled. Especially as he gave her a gorgeous gold bracelet with golden jewels around it with in the inside being written in Greek With Love From Micheal.
"I love it," Antonella said kissing him.
He soon went on to talk before Antonella stopped him.
"Wait," Antonella said.
"There's something I have to tell you," Antonella said as Micheal sat down to listen.
"I've been sick while you were gone actually kinda sick before too but I went to the doctor to find out what was wrong...and they told me...I'm going to have a baby in a few months. We're gonna have a baby, Michael. I'm pregnant. " Antonella confessed as Michael grew happy smiling as he kissed her and then rubbed her stomach.
