Raemi's point of view

"What a beautiful day!" I exclaimed while looking outside, but soon that excitement vanished when I heard neighbors fighting— and soon a couple came into my view; fighting and pulling each other's hair. I rolled my eyes and soon draped the curtains.

"So what's today's plan?" I asked myself, walking over to the bed to check my phone. "Hmm, nothing much, let's sleep then!" I was about to throw my phone on my bed when one note caught my attention.

Sale at Rainbow's Art Store.

My eyes widened, it was a mega sale! I'm almost running out of my art materials and I need them badly. The art supplies prices skyrocketed, and this was my chance to get as much as I can buy. With this, I put my phone aside and hurried toward the bathroom; removing my clothes while running. I took a quick but relaxing shower and dressed up once I was done. I didn't have time to dry my hair properly so I let my hair loose. I grabbed a t-shirt and a jumpsuit which were perfect for this hot weather. Once I was done applying the skin product, I put some cash I was saving and my phone in a bag. And with this, I was done.

I walked out of my apartment, I scowled covering my burning face. The sun was mad hot. I sighed, cursing the sun in my head. Shrugging my shoulders I started to walk towards the Art Store, walking saved enough money for my one meal so I prefer realizing instead of taking to a taxi or bus. Sure, the heated air hit my face, making my skin get. The weather was sunny and dry, making me sweat profoundly. But, even though in this fucking hot weather I wasn't alone.

There were many people on the street, walking and driving busy in their own lives. But what made me curious was the excessive amount of people out here on a scorching hot afternoon; which wasn't normal. You know, in the afternoon people generally like to remain inside of their house in a room filled with air conditioning, with cold drinks by their side. People like me have to bear this and have to go outside.

"So that's why there are so many people here." I understood when I saw huge banners and ferris wheeling in the distance. There was a summer fair hosted not far away. Now that I know a fair is here, I could hear people and children from far away. I rolled my eyes, I hate summer fairs.

First, I hate crowds of people. They give me anxiety. Especially in weather like this, with all the smelly and sweaty shit of there, they give me disgust and reasons to take a long bath. Second, I hate children. Oh, those little brats! I hate those brats so—

"Ouch!" My train of thoughts had to pull its brakes when something hit my leg and a meek voice filled my ears. Alarmingly I looked down, just to find a kid on the ground.

Out of things, I had to be a kid.

I rolled my eyes and looked at the kid who was looking at his injured knees. I was about to look away from him when he looked at me. For a second I was stunned— big fat tears were rolling down his cute chubby cheeks, lips wobbling trying so hard not to cry out loud right here and right now.
