The SUV is parking in the driveway. Trevor is carrying Elena, who is waking up. They are in the house. He puts her on the couch. where two unknown girls are also on. Elena hands and her feet are tied. He removes the ropes.
"What do you want?"
"Ssh."
the two unknown girls are stirring and starting to wake up
"Please, I'm hurt."
"I know. Just a taste."
He's vamping and leans down to bite her wound but Rose arrives and he stops.
"Trevor! Control yourself."
"Buzzkill."
Hope and Mercy then gasp for air sitting up in complete unison. which weirds both Rose and Elena out but they don't say anything about it.
Trevor leaves. Rose is alone with Elena and the unknown twins
"What do you want with me?""or with them," Elena questions talking about herself and the two unknown girls beside her
the Mikealson twins look with each other then at a younger version of the Saltzman twins aunt Elena. the twins share another look with each other before looking at the other person in the room.
"Oh my god, you look just like her."
"But I'm not. Please, whatever you-"
"Be quiet!"
"But I'm not Katherine. My name is Elena Gilbert; you don't have to do this."
"Kathrine? as in Kathrine Pierce?" the twins question in unison sounding freaked out.
Elena and Rose nod there heads at the younger girls.
"I know who you are, I said be quiet."
"What do you want?"
Rose slaps her hard. Elena falls on the couch, unconscious.
"I want you to be quiet."
"do I need to do the same to you two the vampire ask the mikealson twins." had she known that they were Mikealson she wouldn't even think about it.
the twins shake there head no, not wanting to talk to much
the vampire walks away from the three girls

a little while latter
Hope and Mercy are looking at each other with confusion and confusion written on there faces.
"Sissy?," Mercy question
"hmm?," Hope answers
what did that boyfriend of your touch now that he wasn't supposed to?," the younger twins ask her older sister
Hope playfully rolls her eyes at her younger sister and doesn't answer the question
"come on Hope how else have could we have went back in time?"
while the twins were having there conversation Elena had waken up from being slapped. and went to go and listen to what the two vampire were talking about. leaving the twins by them salves.
Hope and Mercy conversation came to an immediately stop when they hear a name that made Mercy heart stop in anger
"Elijah's old school." "If he accepts our deal, we're free."
Hope looks at her younger sister in concern. knowing that Mercy has never forgiven there Uncle Elijah not that she blames her sister.
the twins hear a bit more of the conversation that the vampire and doppelgänger were having.
