It was Midnight, and today was the ball and you had to wear a corset, and you hated it. The dress was pretty but the corset was uncomfortable, even though Mey - rin tried her best to not make it painful.

Your ball gown was a navy blue and ended up to the floor. There were patterns engraved on the bodice of the dress and a few on the flounce and peplum. You placed some shoes on that didn't have heals, but was still suitable.
You could NOT wear heals, last time you tried to walk in them you nearly broke your ankle, twice.
You hummed in response, admiring the dress. You suited any colour, and dark blue was one of them. Mey-rin smiled brightly with stars in her eyes, " You look like a princess! "
You chuckled and thought, ' If only she knew,'
A knock was heard on the door as you opened it to see Sebastian. He held his gloved hand out towards you, " Shall we? Young Master will be awaiting and the guests have already started to come,"
You took his hand before he lead you to the ball room, where the people were and the orchestra was playing a tune. He lead you down the stairs as people began to whisper how beautiful you looked and that your dress was gorgeous.
You sighed, just wanting to go hunt for your prey before going to sleep. He lead you over to Ciel and Elizabeth before she began to fangirl over your dress, literally.
Ciel bowed in respect, " You look beautiful, Miss Y/n,"
You responded, " Just call me Y/n, and you don't look to bad yourself,"
His cheeks were painted with pink, but it was hardly noticeable. He thanked you for the compliment before you felt a presence behind you.
You turned around to see a blonde boy around your age, in human years of course. He had ocean blue eyes and wore a purple like suit.
He grinned, " You never told me you had such a beautiful friend, Ciel! She's gorgeous,"
You cringed at how he said that and with his grin, it made you want to slap it of his face. If your Mother and Father saw how he was acting around you, he'd be dead in a millisecond.
Ciel scoffed, " Trancy, it's been a long time, which I was hoping would be longer,"
He pouted dramatically, " Thats to bad, I really wanted to be your friend. I'm Alois Trancy and you, miss are?"
He smirked at you as you answered, " Y/n, "
He somehow grinned even more, " That's such a beautiful name!,"
You weren't fazed at his dramatic compliments at all, in fact you just wanted to kill him right then and there, but you knew he was hiding something that broke him as a child, since aura never lies.
You fiddled with your corset, the tightness of it bothering you. No matter how many times you wore this, it hurt like karma, which didn't go unnoticed by Ciel.
The music began to play for people to dance and Alois dragged you into the dance, literally. Luckily, you knew how to dance due to you being the family princess.
He placed his hands on your waist as you placed one hand on his shoulder and the other in his opposite hand.
You began to flow and dance with the music with everybody, your dress gown moving as you moved. Every few minutes, you would change and swap partners who were behind you.
You swapped to see you were now dancing with Ciel. He whispered in your ear, " Is Alois bothering you? If he is then I'll have a word with him,"
You chuckled and whispered back, " It's alright Ciel, I can handle it. You don't think I've never met someone like him before? Trust me, I'll be fine,"
He hesitated before nodding and continued to dance. He whispered, " I've noticed you keep fiddling with your corset, you really don't like them, do you?"
You rolled your eyes playfully, " You try having your organs squeezed to death, I would just wear the dress without it, but I didn't want to make you look like a fool,"
He hummed in response before you switched partners, and that kept going for 10 minutes. The ball dance ended as you noticed Lizzy talking to a guy her age, whilst blushing slightly.
You began to use your vampire hearing to listen to the conversation, her blushing not giving a good sign due to her being Ciel's future fiancé.
She giggled, " You're not so bad yourself, Kai,"
He chuckled, " So, how does going out tomorrow sound? We could nip to the best bakery in town, visit some shops that create dresses, anything you want,"
You could hear her heart pounding, in a good way, " Yes! That would be perfect, thank you Kai "
You sighed, knowing Ciel won't take this well. You decided to leave it for now and wait until more information comes from them.
Your amulet began to glow a dark blue, meaning your family was trying to contact you. You quickly covered it before anyone saw before walking outside, not going unnoticed by two demon butlers.
You walked down the street and stood behind a tree to hide before double tapping the gem on the necklace. A bright light shot from the amulet to reveal your Mother, Father and little sister.
Your mother smiled, " Hello dear, we've just rung to see if you're doing alright, we miss you, "
You nodded, " I'm fine, Thank you Mother,"
Your little sister asked with a pout, " When can we see you again? I know it's been two days but it felt like it's been forever!"
You chuckled, " I'll be home in a few weeks, why don't you build a dollhouse for us to with together when we get back?"
She nodded eagerly with a bright smile, " Okay! "
She then ran off as your Father was the next to speak, " Dear, you're going to become Queen of the vampire realm, I want you to listen closely. Not everything is true, if you want to know the truth then find someone called the Undertaker, he holds information that nobody knows off"
You were confused why he was telling you this now but nodded anyways. The amulet glowed a dark blue before returning to its normal gem look.
