Your family left 3 hours ago, and Ciel still hasn't woken up. You've been in your room for while, hoping that he awakens.
A few months later
You changed into your nightgown and led beside him before slowly falling asleep. In the middle of the night, you felt a pair of arms wrapped around you from behind causing you to turn around. Ciel was awake and his eyes were a blood red.
A huge wave of relief washed over you, he's been asleep for 3 months and it worried you to death.
You quickly sat up and hugged him tightly, " Thank hades you're awake, I was so worried,"
He hugged back before kissing you with passion, you kissed back as he slowly crawled on top of you and straddled you. You both pulled away when you spotted lust and love in his gaze.
He asked, " Are you sure you want to do this?"
You nodded before he continued. That night was one of the best nights you've ever had.
You woke up to Ciel hugging you tightly, both of you only in underwear from last night. He buried his face into your chest, loving the softness of your breasts. Yes, he's a boob person.
You chuckled as he groaned slightly, " What time is it?"
You responded, " 7am, go back to sleep you're tired,"
He obliged and went back to sleep straight after, you fell asleep a few minutes after.

A few weeks later, Ciel had gotten used to the craving of blood and learnt how to control it, thanks to you. You both have been solving cases together in less than two days, making Queen Victoria proud of you both.
You were brushing your hair in your room before you had the urge to be sick. You ran into the bathroom and puked into the toilet, a bit of blood in the sick. You wiped your mouth, brushed your teeth and flushed the toilet.
Your amulet glowed as you tapped it, the glow fading to reveal a baby? You tapped it again to try and get more information before it showed an outline of a woman, you, with a baby in your stomach.
That's when it hit you like a wave, you're pregnant with Ciel's child. You held your stomach and stared at the mirror in shock.
Ciel walked in before cupping your cheek in concern, " Are you alright? You've been sick,"
You nodded, gulping nervously, " Y-Yeah, I'm fine,"
He gave you a glance, knowing you're lying but decided not to push you. He wrapped his arms around you and pulled you into hug, " I know you're lying, but I'm not going to push you,"
You nodded with a smile, " Alright,"
Vampire babies grew much faster than humans do in pregnancy. It takes 4-5 months for vampires since their bodies are more produced.
You pulled away from the hug as he walked out to go back to his office. You walked into your room and sat on your bed, wondering what life would be like with a child that belonged to Ciel.
Would he be happy? or would he not want the child? A million thoughts ran through your head. You were scared to tell Ciel, but also excited.

The next few days, you've been debating with yourself wether you should tell him now or later. You kept overthink things and it affected you telling Ciel.
You've noticed your stomach has already gotten a slight bump, but it isn't that visible. To get the constant thinking out of your head, you've decided to tell him and deal with it if he doesn't want the child.
You walked into his office to see he wasn't in, but a letter on his chair caught your eye. You walked over to it and unfolded it and began to read, you knew it was invading his business but you had a gut feeling that it wasn't something good.
Dear Ciel,
I had a great time last night, thank you. Please send Y/n my dearest apologies for what we did, that's if she ever finds out.

Your heart felt like it had been cracked into a million pieces as your knees felt weak beneath you. Ciel walked in on you reading the letter, yet his face remained in confusion.
He asked, " Y/n, are you alright?"
Tears streamed down your face as you turned around and shoved the letter in his grasp, " Have you been cheating on me? With Lizzy?"
He scam read the letter before his eyes went wide before meeting your teary gaze, " I-I don't know what this is, Y-Y/n believe me I never did that,"
He began to walk closer to you only for you to walk back. You clenched your fists, " My Father was right, dating a human was a mistake, I'm leaving,"
Ciel began to cry as you gripped your amulet in your palm before the portal to your world shot out and opened in front of you. Ciel gripped onto your arm with tears streaming down his cheeks, " P-Please don't go, I promise I don't know what that letter i-is,"
You wanted to stay but the pain and truth was the facts, your heart broke and to think he had a child on the way. You spoke, " If you're really telling the truth, then prove it,"
You then walked through the portal, leaving Ciel weeping in sorrow in his office as his knees failed on him.

You walked into the throne room were your mother and father are sat. They looked at you with a surprised expression as you wiped your tears, " I'm ready to become Queen,"
Your Father hid his smirk as he nodded, " We'll establish the coronation tomorrow and someone wants to finally meet you,"
Footsteps were heard behind you causing you to turn around, it was him, it was your fiancé. He had long hair blonde hair and ocean blue eyes. He was taller than you and wore a white, long sleeved top with a sleeveless, black leather jacket. He wore black pants with boots.
You looked at him in confusion, " Father, who is this man?"
He responded, " He's your future husband "
