Family Shenanigans!

You need to sleep.. (Almondfort Hurt/Comfort)

Almond had just got home from work as usual for him, but he still had things to work on.

As he sat at his desk, he felt exhausted. He desperately wanted to sleep, but he couldn't find the motivation to get up out of his chair.

He turned around and heard the door open. It was his partner, Roguefort.

"Mon amour? Are you alright in here? You've been in your office for a while." Roguefort asked as they held a cup of tea in their hands.

The detective before them looked exhausted as hell.

"Roguefort, I'm alright. I'm just tired." He spoke as he turned around in his chair. He had dark circles under his eyes, and that wasn't good at all. That meant he was tired..

"Are you tired?"

Roguefort asked as they walked closer to him, setting the tea down on the desk.

"Wh— No. I'm not tired. Are the kids asleep?"

Almond asked as he put his hand on his lovers shoulder. Roguefort was rightfully concerned about him.

"You need to sleep. It's way past your bedtime, love." Roguefort leaned closer to his ear and whispered. They just wanted their beloved to sleep!

"Look, I'll even sleep with you if you just rest." Roguefort pleaded with him to sleep. They picked Almond up by the waist.

"Put me down!!" Almond half-shouted at them. Roguefort was determined to make the detective sleep.

"Why? I'm perfectly fine without sleep.." The detective sounded extremely exhausted and tired. It was almost pathetic.

"If you don't sleep, I'll put sleeping medications in your coffee."

Roguefort light-heartedly threatened, letting out a quiet giggle as they kissed all over their partners face.

"Okay, okay. Fine. I'll sleep."

"Good. Go get changed and then we can go to sleep, my love."

Roguefort pat his head before walking out of the office and to their shared bedroom.

They grabbed some white button up pajamas for themselves and changed into them, as usual for them to do.

They softly smiled as they walked over to the bed and laid down. They always loved cuddling with their lover.

Almond walked out of the office and also got changed into some more comfortable clothes. A regular T shirt and some shorts.

"So, you finally decided to sleep, hm?" Roguefort said with a small grin on their face

"Only because you made me." Almond laughed softly in response as he laid with his lover on the bed.

"Your eyes are beautiful, Rogue." Almond whispered as he held their face in his hands

"I know, but is this really the time for compliments?" Roguefort replied, holding his hands.

"Well, can we atleast cuddle?" Almond asked as Roguefort nodded in response. They put their arms around the other and held him close. Maybe it was a good idea to sleep after all.
