A/N- to start off I'd like to say, this is loosely based on events that happened in my life recently. My friends told me it was like a wattpad story, so why not make it one?

"Surprise..!" Oscar whispered, nervously as he showed the cake he designed to his family, a trans flag plastered across the chocolate icing.
"What so we have to call you he now?" His dad exclaimed, with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
Oscar was taken aback from the negative tone and flinched. "I m-mean, you can call me they if you want.." he said trembling.
"Brother!" Oscars younger brother, Liam, who was 10, pointed at him. Oscar smiled thankfully to his younger brother. At least someone seemed to support me. Oscar thought, relieved.
And that is how 'she' became 'he'.
