part 4

Before this chapter starts I want to clarify that this is just again, for fun. The characters won't be accurate as they are in the movies (I'll try to make them as accurate as I can.). This is just for me to express my undying love for Egon and just write stupid fanfictions. Anyway uh. Here's part 4

"So you and spengs have fun?" Ray asked as he led me inside. "Yeah! It was so fun. He was just rambling on and on about how he got them and how and what made them grow. It was actually really cute to see him like that. I mean like, To see him so excited to talk about something. All the other times I've seen him talk about stuff he just seemed so-" "not interested. I know, but that means he's warmed up to you! And I mean a lot." Ray chuckled. I blushed. He surely doesn't mean it like that dose he? I asked myself. "Well that's good because.." he smiled at me. "You what? You like him?" He asked giggling. "You know what nevermind I'm going to bed." I said walking to my room. "No! Vicki! What were you going to say?!" He asked, I just shut the door.

After school was over I walked to the science room where I saw Egon reading a book with a note book and a pen in his mouth. I felt my face heat up. "Hey." I greeted Egon, He looked up at me and smiled. "Hi." He replied after he took the pen out of his mouth. I sat down by him. "Where's Ray and Peter?" I asked. "Oh, they went to the library to get more books and do more research." He explained. "Oh. Do you know-" "nope." He interrupted me. I guess not. We just sat there in silence. I looked over at him. His hands traced over the pages as he read them. I couldn't help but stare at him. He smiled. "What?" He asked now facing me. I blushed.
"N-nothing! You just looked... Actually nevermind." I said looking the other way.

He chuckled. "I looked what?" He asked. I looked at him, he put the book down. "You just looked really focused an-" the door swang open. "Oh Honey! I'm home!" Peter yelled walking in the science room with some more books and notebooks. Ray followed behind. "Soo!" Peter started. He sat the stuff down and looked at Egon. "What did you guys really do last night?" He asked. Egon slightly tensed up. "Nothing Peter." He explained now averting his attention back to his book. Peters smirk dropped. "Ok really, what happened." He asked. Now looking at me. "Uh.." I wasn't sure what to say even though nothing did happen. I looked at Egon. He sighed. "Seriously Peter. Nothing happened." He said looking him. Peter didn't believe us. He looked at Ray. "Ray. you're like her brother and she tells you everything. What. Happened?" He asked. Ray shrugged. "I don't know." Peter groaned. "And if something 'Did happen ' Why should it concern you?" Egon asked. "Why should it, why?-" Peter acted offended. "I can't believe you'd ask that. One I've known her longer and second I like her." Egon did a fake gasp. "No? Really? It's not like you talk about all the time." Egon said sarcastically, he was getting annoyed. "Yeah. Maybe because I actually like her! Your just asking her out to take her anyway from me!" Peter yelled. Everyone looked at him. "Taking her away from you?" Egon asked. Oh god. "Well did you ever think maybe I like her to?" He said getting up. Peter got up too. Oh no. "G-guys come on! S-sit back down, we still have research to do." I said grabbing onto Egon's arm. He glared at me. "Let go." He slightly growled, I- did he just growled at me? I let go of him and Ray grabbed me and brought me back with him.
"You?! Egon you're the most antisocial ( I think that's the right word ) person I've ever met! She's the complete opposite of you! Why would you like her?!" Peter yelled. "Opposites attract Peter! And for once someone is interested in something I enjoy and me! I also don't see her as just someone to sleep around with! I actually see her as a human being! Non like you!" Egon yelled. "Someone to just sleep around with? IS THAT ALL YOU THINK I CARE ABOUT? IS SEX?!" Peter yelled. "YES! I DO! YOU'RE A PLAYER PETER. YOU GET GIRLS TO 'GO OUT WITH YOU' THEN ONCE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT YOU JUST LEAVE THEM FOR THE NEXT GIRL." Egon screamed. Ray pulled me out of the room. "OH REALLY NOW? YOU DON'T EVEN LIKE HER, YOUR JUST GLAD SOMEONE ISN'T WEIRDED OUT BY YOU-" Ray shut the door behind us. "Let's just go home, ok? We'll get some ice cream on the way." He smiled weakly at me rubbing my back. I felt like crying. Like sobbing.
