-RYOMA POV-
I generally thought girls weren't allowed in the Camp but she seemed to have a connection of some sorts with one of the Coaches. She communicated in English and barely spoke any fluent Japanese but you could tell she tries.
After being defeated by Tokugawa Kazuya, I was forced out of camp alongside the others to train up on the mountains. My frustration got the best of me as I rallied against the wall, harshly.
"Ah...koonbanwa," I hear her soft voice speak. I stop hitting the ball as I caught it in my hand, it's only been 3 days since we returned and the frustration of the lost is still on me.
"You can speak English, if you want," I reply in English and her eyes seemed to light up, but then she frowns.
"I must...learn Japanese," she says again and I had to smirk at her determination. Something about her makes me feel at ease, was it her presence?
"Then what are you doing out here?" I reply in Japanese and she had to think a little, then she replies with a smile.
"Checking on the...sound I heard," she replies slowly trying to pronounce every word correctly. I didn't realize the impact was that loud.
"Hn, well, you can sit there and observe, if you want," I say, pointing to the side and she smiles as she gently sits down. I eye her as she makes herself comfortable, then I smirk. Yeah, perhaps it's her presence after all as my frustration seemed to ease down a little.
