   * This is a part of my imagination were Pragati is describing their reunion in her diary.

" Today was the best day of my life. I can never forget this day. Today I met my parents after thirteen long years of hardships.

I was enthusiastic and was looking forward to the reunion  since the last week. The moment I saw them..... I can't describe it in words..

My hands trembled. My throat was dry due to the thirst of longingness. My mother passed me a glance and knowingly spread out her arms. She called out to me. My heart skipped a beat. Tears started to trail down. My legs restlessly ran towards her. My body was now under the rule of my heart. She wrapped her arms around me.

'Ma' ...the word with full affection left my trembling lips.. My hair was drowned in an ocean of tears trailing down the face of my mother.

One by one, I met everyone. Everybody silently let down their tears of joy. Each ones' face had a everlasting heartfelt smile.

We played pranks and games with each other . A meal for the whole family was arranged along with chatting and pulling legs of others. We also came to know about Brother Abhimanyu's wedding with Princess Uttara and started discussing about the preparations. Unwillingly, all of us retired to our rooms. How I wish this day would last longer.....

I remember meeting them a few times. But unlike the other meets, this one was special because none of us were worried about the unsure future nor scared of the haunted past. Everyone maintained their tranquility.

I had always dreamed of how it would feel to be in the parental embrace away from this world full of chaos . Today I experienced it . Safest heaven is what I would describe their embrace.

I had lots of fun today with my family. I had always wished for this day. The palace I lived all these years turned into a home for me.

This was indeed the sunrise I yearned for...... "
