Thomas' POV:
It's been about a week since the little incident at Skylar's house. After the two of us had calmed down a bit, Kaya came over and started getting after Skylar for scaring her like she did. After talking a few things over, we agreed that Skylar shouldn't be left alone anymore.
Of course, she can't just stop working, and neither can anyone from the cast. She's still paying off some schooling bills, and so we talked to Wes about it. Ever since then, Skylar has been cooking for the cast and crew, and the make-up artists have been keeping her company.
She still works in the bakery on weekends, and since Kaya and Chris aren't in as many scenes, they take turns staying at the bakery with her.
We're rather lucky that we're all friends. It helps knowing that when things get tough, someone is there for you. Or in this case, about fifteen people are there for each other.
Anyway, about three weeks ago, a bunch of the guys went out and bought some "airsoft guns" or bb-guns, as some of us call them.
And tonight is the night we all decided to play around with them.

Skylar's POV:
Kaya called me up a minute ago and invited me to hang out with her at the hotel. She said that the guys had plans for some kind of competition, but she wasn't included.
So now I'm on my way to the hotel, carrying a sleeping toddler on my hip, a diaper bag hanging from my shoulder.
I'm not sure how long I'll be there, but if it helps ease my stress, then I don't care.
It's about nine-thirty when I reach Kaya's room.
"Hey! I've got a pizza on the coffee table, and there should be some drinks in the mini-fridge." Kaya says to me as I step in the room. The scent of pizza fills my nostrils and I can hear a movie on in the other room.
"Thanks. Is it alright if I put him on your bed?" I ask, turning to face Kaya.
"Yeah, go right ahead. I'll be on the couch." Kaya says with a big smile.
After I put Tommy down, I head back to the front room. Kaya is eating a slice of the gooey pizza, and an old movie is playing on the television.
"Really?" I ask, eyebrows raised in surprise.
"What?" Kaya innocently replies, looking over at me and shrugging.
"Isn't this movie for kids? I mean, it is Disney..." I say, before joining her on the couch and picking up my own slice of pizza.
"Excuse me, but I happen to like Disney movies. Besides, this particular one makes me feel young again, so we're going to watch it."
"If anything, it makes me feel older..." I mumble, earning a glare from Kaya.
"That's because you ARE older, genius."
"By one year!"
Kaya simply sticks her tongue out at me, and returns her gaze to the television.
"Fine. Off to Neverland then." I say, a hint of sarcasm laced in my voice.
"Good. Then after that, we can go on an adventure under the sea." Kaya says to me, holding up the DVD for The Little Mermaid. "And then we'll travel to a whole new world." She says, holding up Aladdin.
"You're such a nerd..." I giggle, taking another bite of my food.
